Sumo Hibachi & Wings — Restaurant in Brookhaven

I only come here because I work in the office one time a week! The hibachi yum yum containers at my regular spots giving their customers basically cups compared to your cheap selves Sumo Hibachi & Wings! I would have gotten more but u tell me it comes with two them change the amount it comes with. I tipped the first or second time but they just lied to get me to swipe my card twice for nothing. I’m not tipping you for just ringing me up & bagging up my food! I would too the cooks they’re nice! They lie all the time! I can’t l remember who gives what! But this is the second time this happened!! The first time it was the guy & this time it was the old lady this time! I asked how many sauces does my hibachi come with she says two holding up two fingers! I ask for an extra one extra so I can get three she tells me after I swiped my card it gets only one! they lie. This was the only place open unfortunately & last time I left a tip they got my order wrong! They’re the only place that I’ve seen put teriyaki sauce on top! I didn’t order teriyaki I ordered hibachi shrimp & everywhere else I ordered hibachi didn’t put teriyaki sauce on hibachi. They have teriyaki options so what is going on. Correct me if I’m wrong but I haven’t seen any other ones put teriyaki on the hibachi. They half a* fill up the yum yum container that’s barely .50 half a dang ounce! BFFR if u gonna only give a small a* amount of sauce in those lil baby ramekin containers give two to three if u gonna fill them 2/3 or 1/8th a fill! I was at this place for lunch on Jan 3rd and when I walked into a store the woman with the long ponytail was on the phone for 3 min before she put it down and saids hello and I order shrimp hibachi and my friend had beef abs let me tell you white rice with soy sauce and broiled shrimp Hibachi will taste much better than this and it just a lot of rice and little meat on a big black round plate and when the food was ready this woman have a nerve to yell food is ready and she could’ve brought us to us and is not a far walk or maybe we didn’t tipped her at first but we will if she would brought the food to us VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND MEDICORE FOOD and not good service !!!! And there was a customer ordered a Philly steak but took few bites and threw it in the trash !!!! This place use to be my favorite place, I use to come here every Sunday and ordered the same thing. 10 piece honey hot with fried rice EXTRA WET. The younger guy who use to work here always made them extra wet when I would ask (and of course pay extra for) recently an older lady with short red/black hair started working here and gets mad every time I ask for extra wet, and will say my wings “are already wet” she tried charging me EXTRA if I wanted them wetter when I had already paid for it. This has happened on multiple occasions, and 2 times she pretended to go back there and add extra sauce when she really didn’t because my wings were still dry. She always has an attitude and doesn’t make me wanna go for that same reason. & I was a regular! Everyone else is super friendly, but if you happen to go in on a day she is there, good luck asking for extra wet and actually getting extra wet wings.
