CVS — Attraction in Brookline

I am in the late stages of pregnancy and was experiencing severe tooth pain. I arrived at the pharmacy one minute before their lunch break. Instead of showing any understanding, the staff took my prescription and told me to come back after 2:00 PM. Because it’s very difficult for me to walk back and forth, my husband and I sat and waited. The person who seemed to be the shift supervisor became visibly annoyed that we were waiting, slammed the pharmacy doors shut without any consideration, and later ignored me completely while allowing others to cut in front of me.

The staff were horrible. My friends and I were trying to figure out what to buy and how to exchange our money evenly in the drinks aisle. A staff immediately came saying we can't just stay there socialising. We said ok, shocked by the level of disrespect. We then went to the food aisle because we wanted some oreos and the same lady comes and says "I will call the security on you". This place has become an absolute nightmare. They have lost my prescriptions repeatedly, told me I needed doctor’s authorization when they already had it, and failed to fill a prescription that I desperately need for more than four days. Also, was on hold for a total of 2 hours (in 20-30 minute spurts) and no one ever picked up the phone. And I’m still walking out without my meds tonight because of their incompetence.
