Five Below — Attraction in Brooklyn

I used to love the story I only gave it one star because when I came in this was around Christmas time I purchased some items and then I went back in cuz the items were not five they need to switch their store it's not Five Below because our prices went up but I told the woman to take the stuff off of my transaction and then I put them items back well to realize when I drove 45 minutes home I realized guess what the items was double scanned so she took like it looks like she removed the items but she double scanned it somehow so basically I still pay for the items that I did not get and with it being Christmas time it was a big cluster in the store you was being rushed but I used to love this store but I don't know I gave it one star because maybe an overcharged like really really overcharged it's kind of you you know...

I am not a Regular five and below customer.I was very surprised and shocked to see the new layout and items @ five and below .I am so glad that they carry more than just phone chargers and batteries etc.. When I tell you that I was very very shocked to see all of the great items five below added.I had to break out my camera and start snapping shots to let everyone know Don’t sleep on five and below go in there and check out the great items they have to offer.I now have a new store to shop at.This store is amazing there is a lot that you can find .Check out the new and improve five and below go check it out...

Samantha the manager is very rude unprofessional and lacks the skills and knowledge it takes to manage a store properly. I was lucky enough to come across a $25 7” Android Tablet for the Black Friday sale at 8 PM at night… I paid cash. Tha Tablet was 94% chartered and it didn't work. When I attempted to return the tablet I was told no receipt no help. Samantha admitted the tablet was only a 5 Below item and each store was provided with only 12 tables but without a receipt nothing could be done.
