I recently had the opportunity to shop at Steinhauser's in Brookshire for the past year as a new farm owner. Initially, I appreciated the convenience of having a store closer to my farm, even though I noticed their prices were generally higher than those at other retailers.
However, my recent experience has left me quite disappointed. Two days ago, I visited the store to purchase some equipment for my new horse and sought assistance from the staff. Unfortunately, their guidance led me to choose items that were not suitable for my needs. After giving them a try, I realized they were completely unusable for my situation.
When I attempted to return the items, I was met with refusal, which added to my frustration. I had hoped for a more customer-friendly approach, especially after relying on their expertise.
