This man is a lunatic! I had been here once before and he was very nice. Today I don’t know if he’s upset because his business is not making money, but he’s running business away with how he acts. He kept telling me that I couldn’t port over my number, and when I asked how come he decides to call his fake district manger. So since when does the district manager speak Urdu? I thought boost was a American company, wouldn’t the conversation be in English or Spanish? He tryna play games like he think he’s in Harwin doing phone repairs. Then because I informed him that I had all of the information he needed to port over my google number he tells me “why am I forcing him”? Forcing him he’s crazy! I’m the consumer I know what I need. First of all let me say that I know sales people lie, but this place lacks all integrity. I came in on December 12/1/23 at 1:00pm to upgrade my phone since I have IPhone 7 to a 10 or 11 since my mother bought it for $150 at another Boost Mobile. The sales rep tells me I can purchase the IPhone 12 at $126 total, and I can make incremental payments for it per month. He sends me a lease receipt showing that I have to pay $126 amount every month for 12 months. I said that’s not what you just told me. He then proceeds to lie in my face and tell me that I don’t have to worry and I don’t have to make those payments just the one time. I said send it to me in writing. I am not sure who is providing these reviews, but my experience was horrible. I purchased a phone for my daughter and the phone worked for approximately an hour to extend an entire day of service would be too much. He did verify by computer the limited use on the number stating there was a network problem ( I purchased my BOOST phone at another store and I had not experienced any problems at all). As we tried to explain our delay in returning the phone, he stated that was not his problem.
