I came in on December 12/1/23 at 1:00pm to upgrade my phone since I have IPhone 7 to a 10 or 11 since my mother bought it for $150 at another Boost Mobile. The sales rep tells me I can purchase the IPhone 12 at $126 total, and I can make incremental payments for it per month. He sends me a lease receipt showing that I have to pay $126 amount every month for 12 months. I said that’s not what you just told me. He then proceeds to lie in my face and tell me that I don’t have to worry and I don’t have to make those payments just the one time. I said send it to me in writing. I purchased a phone for my daughter and the phone worked for approximately an hour to extend an entire day of service would be too much. He did verify by computer the limited use on the number stating there was a network problem ( I purchased my BOOST phone at another store and I had not experienced any problems at all). As we tried to explain our delay in returning the phone, he stated that was not his problem.
