Great place for kids! We have been going to the PA location for a while but thrilled that one came to Delaware. If you are debating a membership don’t! Your kids will love it. Get it!!!! During those long cold winter months you will more than make your money back. CLEAN, friendly environment. Something for all age groups, ropes course, sky riders, rock climbing, soft play area with slides, trampolines, foam pit. You can’t ask for anything better. The owner Michael Jackson is wonderful. Nice staff too. GO GO GO! We have been 8 times since it’s opened and the appeal hasn’t worn off. Even just going for an hour after a school ends to burn off some energy... ETA: they recently changed their policy on the snack that’s included with the ultimate membership. I know it’s about making money but I wish it included more than popcorn which can be stale at times or a small bag of chips. Consider adding some other options for kids!

My 3 kids (ages 10 to 13) had a very good time. It offers more than places that are just trampoline parks, which they enjoyed. It is pricy ($33 per kid for the ultimate pass and socks) but there wasn't a time limit, so that was nice. It wasn't crowded when we went but there were lines for the "ultimate rides" (rope course, sky ride, and rock wall). The food prices were reasonable. You can get a decent combo for $6. However, a LOT of items (fries, hot dogs, gluten free pizza, etc) were out while I was there. The kids thought it tasted fine. They closed at 7 the night we were there and the employees were ready to roll out at 6:50. Not a big deal though. I'd definitely come back and would consider a membership if it was closer for us.

I strongly advise against visiting this place. It is very small and dirty, and the money you spend there is not worth it. The manager seems indifferent to customer concerns. We ordered funnel fries, but received the wrong order. It took a long time for our food to come, and when it finally arrived, it was cold. The manager was on-site and did not seem to care about our experience. We only went there for the zip line and paid for it, but they wouldn't let my child participate because he was too short. They should have informed us of this from the beginning to avoid wasting our time—time we could have spent at another location. I will never return.

Absolutely recommend for parents to get their kids in here for exciting, and some challenging, physical activity, within a party vibe atmosphere. Brought my 9 year old daughter for the first time on Fri, March 5th, during the 4-6pm time slot. Walk in the door to be greeted with a quick Covid temperature check per guidelines. Stepped up to the counter to check-in with a very kind young lady while the owner, Michael, was up front as well assisting with things. He introduced himself to us almost immediately for quick banter, gave a fist bump, and off we went. I'm not going to cover our entire visit, but I will point out my top observations: -Atmosphere is outstanding. Night club'ish lighting system, but very bright and not bunched together. -Sound quality for the music was just right, and song selection really catered to the vibe and tone of what their attractions are. It's not mumble dab rap(smart, so they don't get any bunching up of kids, and some parents🥴, trying to record some tik tok dance🙄), but it's not straight pop either. Again, very club-like vibe with all uptempo hits that will appeal to every audience. -The attractions are very diverse as far as challenge level so they really can cater to all ages. -The zipline length and placement is just right. The safety measures were very logical and from my viewpoint, were all followed by the staff in full compliance. -Speaking of the staff, and the owner Michael J, they all were very helpful and welcoming. Very kind staff here and very attentive, which is all I can ask for when having other people who are not me looking after the safety of my child. They passed with flying colors. -The food bar presents you with many options, most of them overpriced, but not out of range for what the park is. We got a soft pretzel, hot, and dripping of some deliciously dangerous buttery goodness....and some dipping cheese. It was well worth the value 🙂 All in all, we had a phenomenal time at Urban Air and I look forward to making my next visit there soon. Considering doing that top tier membership plan. Seems like a real value for a place like this. Anyhow, Thank you Urban Air Staff, and Mr Michael, for providing us with a memorable daddy/daughter experience....

My daughter and her friends made the best of it and the two party coordinators were great! My issue is that we bought the ultimate package but the kids didn’t have time to enjoy everything bc they still had to eat, etc and once they were done it was almost time to go. And they weren’t allowed to stay there longer. I felt y’all charged too much money for the cost of having her party there only for less than 2hours basically bc they also had to wait in line for stuff also. Maybe bday parties should get cut line access if we’re paying all that money only to be told we had to leave and they didn’t even have time to do everything. My opinion it was a waste. The staff at some of the attractions were playing around which were causing them to move slow. At one point I had to tell the staff can they hurry with moving people along since we didn’t have a lot of time. My daughter also said some of the staff were rude to them. Also, they all were standing in line for the ball pit at 6:50 waiting to go and they were up next and then the time turned 7pm and the worker said they couldn’t go in bc it was 7pm. I was highly upset about this considering they were waiting in line for 10 min before 7pm and they were all up next to go and all the money y’all charged for her party on top of that and they couldn’t let my daughter and her friends go on their turn. It’s not like they got in line after 7pm. So I thought that was ridiculous and really gave me a sour taste about Urban Air. I also didn’t like that I was charged $42 for a tip as well bc I should’ve been able to decide how much of a tip to give and I also was not told about a tip prior to...

Had my daughters 7th birthday party here and it was an amazing experience. The moment I walked into our private room everything was set up and taken care of for me. The tables were set with table cloths plates and napkins at each seat. There was a cake cutter along with a candel lighter in the event I needed any of these items. The best part of the experience was our party host Mikael Moore. He was the one that had the room set up for me upon my arrival. He took care of getting all the kiddos wrist bands on and was on point with knowing what sock size would be best for each kid. When it came to the food he served all the plates and was a huge help when it came to passing out dessert. This young man made hosting our daughters party pretty effortless for me and as a mom that's a huge plus. Mikael was just a total Rockstar! As for the facility it was pretty packed but all the staff were on top of ensuring kids were getting their turns for what they were waiting to do and not allowing for over crowding which could be dangerous. There was staff constantly cleaning to ensure the place looked it's best. Also forgot to mention the pizza. I was actually shocked as to how good it was ( we had cheese, pepperoni, and sausage). If I had to mention one thing that could use some work if was the cleanliness of the bathroom. I understand it sees a lot of constant traffic. That was my only complaint from my...
