All those who want to leave comments about Harbor Freight or any other place, please learn how to write! In my opinion using the correct Grammar and Punctuation makes someone more believable. Someone wrote a negative review and I was interested in what they had to say, but their grammar and punctuation were so bad I couldn't get through reading it. Regardless most of the employees who work there are very nice. The cashiers earn every cent they make. I have all the respect in the world for coupon clippers and penny pinchers, I am a member of there savings club too. But some of the people who buy at this store are buying something that is marked down 60% using there 25% off coupon and will argue with the cashier over 3 cents!!! This place is a tool hoarders paradise!!! I've bought over $5,000 worth of tools and equipment from Harbor Freight and have had some very good luck with their tools. Read moreThe store was empty except 1 or 2 other customers. The lady working at register on 6/19/20 was nice. But the tall black guy (manager type) was not nice and not helpful. He said "you're in the wrong place" when he found us looking for a generator near the display of generators at the front of the store (as opposed to, "can I help you?"). He told us where to go in the store to find more generators. But we left without buying. We had planned to spend about $1000. But they were out of stock of the generator we wanted. They had "open box" ("as is") models of generator that we wanted. But they were boxed up. When we opened the box to examine the "as is" item (which had 5 day return limitation), the manager guy told us that we could not open the boxes, could not examine the "used" item and would need to buy without looking at the item first.
