I brought my son's PS5 here a couple months ago, just for a minor HDMI repair, because the prongs were broken. Only 2 of them .I got it fixed, brought it home. A month later, I went to go clean, it, remove it from its original spot that it's been in since I got it back and it was completely wiggly entirely. I brought it to another place, and they said, that the place on the mother board, (a piece on the motherboard), was completely broken off and Had to have been basically thrown in order to break that piece on the motherboard. originally when I noticed that the HDMI was wiggly, I called the same Guy back in Walmart, and he told me to bring it in. This is only a month after I had got it repaired. And when I brought it in, he said, in order to even open it back up again, it will cost me a $100. I expressed how upset I was because I had just got it fixed a month ago. And now he's charging me more, and it shouldn't be wiggly in the first place. I told him that it should not be wiggly, because I just had got it fixed. The ps5 did not leave the same spot that it was in after I got it fixed. I left clearly upset and rejected his offer because I knew something was fishy because he wouldnt even look into it. On top of that, he told me that there's a warranty for only thirty days and I was literally back on the thirty day mark.I walked around Walmart and noticed he had walked up to me and offered me to get it open for $80. Right there I knew he was eager to just get my money. The new place that I just got the PS5 fix from said they couldn't believe that this was the damage caused and to be careful when bringing you're electronics to this man, because he will break the internal stuff that requires you to go back and pay more money.
