Walmart Pharmacy — Attraction in Brooksville

I am very frustrated right now with the performance of the pharmacy. Although the staff, the technicians have been friendly and helpful, I have spent the last 5 weeks trying to get a prescription filled. I received no communication that the medication was not in and was not filled. I was told that I would be notified by text message that it would be complete but heard nothing. I've been to the store now four times asking what's going on and each time I have been told that the medication would be in the next day. On the second and third trips the tech helping me said I've put an order in it'll be in in a few days and be filled by within 3 to 4 days. That's reasonable. However they did not follow through. I ended up transferring the prescription to a different pharmacy and will not be using this store...

Horrible experience every single time I come in for my meds it’s delayed an extra day for whatever reason I wish they’d get it right the first time. On top of that the female pharmacist is extremely rude, after telling me my meds won’t be ready for another day I have to drive back the next day and then wait for her to decide when she’d like to tell me how to take the same scripts I’ve been taking for 20 years. Went to get my meds today at 5pm had just started lightly raining car beside was just delivered to...call 5 times to get my meds no answer finally got an answer if its raining we wont bring your meds out to car by the way on crutches with a broken tibia ....and yet I went around corner same store got my groceries and had no problem ..funny how they can get wet but pharmacy...
