Ed's Discount Mattress — Attraction in Bullhead City

Thought it was an alright place at first. Had a problem with the mattress.... Return policy is "We'll order you another firmness and charge for delivery again." All the furniture I've ever bought had a refund policy. I would have even been okay with a restocking fee.

It's Bullhead City, so maybe I had my expectations set too high?

I always found it interesting that Google allows companies to reply, but not the original reviewer. "Best customer service in town" is laughable at best. You're the only place in town without a refund policy. You only have 5 reviews and one of those is from an employee. Seems totally legit.

It absolutely is not "illegal" to sell used mattresses in Arizona. I can link that if you guys want, I know the internet is hard.

Nothing in your reply was true, regarding my bringing my wife back etc... That's okay though, it's not like I'd expect integrity from a business in Bullhead. At least not one that looks like a crack house from the outside. My fault for not listening to my intuition.

I really wanted to like this place.

Bought a brand new bed and frame. The frame broke a few days after we bought it. They came and attempted to fix it. It was ok for another couple days and then it broke again. I reached out again and they told me that they would come look at it again but pretty much nothing they could do because we were rough on it. Definitely not that much. I went to a few other stores and they were either laughable prices or didnt have our price range in stock.
