Fashion Nova employees are extremely nice and helpful, however this store is unfinished and full of inappropriate, cheap, alley looking clothes. I recently shopped on fashionova.com and bought 2 pair of heels but needed to return them because they didn't fit. I knew previously about their no money back/exchange refund policy but what I didn't know was that even when you buy an item online you can not receive online store credit, only in-store credit. Since they didn't have the shoes I was returning I was not a happy camper. The employees offered 1 shoe simular to the one I was returning however it had a great amout of dust on the shoe so I didn't want to try it on. My other shoe the store didn't even carry. The manger was very nice in explaining the policy and suggested I look around the store so my money would not be a total loss. This store carries inappropriate, cheap, alley looking clothes at ridiculously high prices. To the grace of God I was able to find something I could wear without showing my whole behind or exposing my boobs. There are only 3 dressing rooms so expect to wait for 10-15 minutes to try your items on. Also the side wall in the dressing room area is under construction so be careful when walking through there. The online store is COMPLETELY different from the physical store, just a little fyi. Would I go back to the physical store in Burbank? Probably not because they don't have many appropriate clothing options. Would I buy from the online site? Maybe, but I would seriously pray to God everything fits and do my homework about sizing since I now know I can not get...
Read moreI recently had the opportunity to visit the Burbank Mall for some shopping and overall, I had a positive experience. The mall is located in the heart of Burbank, making it easily accessible by public transport and car. Parking was a breeze, with ample spaces available in the multi-level parking structure.
The mall itself is quite spacious and boasts a variety of stores catering to different tastes and budgets. From high-end fashion brands to budget-friendly department stores, there's something for everyone. I was particularly impressed with the range of restaurants and food options in the food court, offering both local and international cuisines.
One of the highlights of my visit was the indoor playground, which proved to be a great spot for my kids to burn off some energy while I enjoyed a coffee from a nearby café. The mall also hosts a variety of events and promotions throughout the year, making each visit feel unique and engaging.
Despite all the positives, I did encounter a few drawbacks during my visit. Some of the restrooms were not as clean as I would have expected, and a couple of escalators were out of order, which made navigating the mall slightly inconvenient. Moreover, while the mall had a good selection of stores, I noticed that a few popular brands were missing from the lineup.
Overall, I would recommend the Burbank Mall for a pleasant shopping experience. It's a great place to spend a day with family or friends, with plenty of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Just be prepared for a few minor inconveniences...
Read moreProb my most favorite mall comparing with Westfield topanga. This mall is packed all day, it has not as much designer shops, not much bad stores overall. They have an ENTIRE bowling alley and MegaArcade. The little kids play area, is not bad. It's preferred for little kids. Ever since the remodeling of this mall it's been booming and packed. I used to always come here with my grandpa to eat at the food court because they lived near it. But now they live somewhere else. I remember the 3rd floor food court, it was huge. Like one entire area was the food court from north to south. But I love their new remodeling. The food court had mostly junk food before they opened more stuff. Panda express is mostly junk, I remember eating Charley's and the meals had a lot of sugar. I should have known beforehand. I was very scared when I found it out. Charley's seriously has to lower there sugar amount, like 30 grams of sugar on just chicken tenders and fries! That's off topic sorry, but someone really should sue Charley's. And the sbarro is just a classic pizza spot. And the Mongolian and Mexican I haven't been to because their recent places. Regardless its a great mall, but maybe they should remove some food joints at the food court.... cough cough CHARLEYS cough cough...
