This Zales does not do a good job at applying customer information onto the correct account. I’ve been getting emails about some ladies ring repair and showing exactly what the ring is. When I called to let them know I was receiving these emails because on the email it does state “if this is not the intend audience I will still be responsible if product is lost or damage” they were rude to me about how their staff makes sure to add the correct number and email. when I asked if there was a way to remove my information because I am now receiving ring information that is not mine on what looks like a engagement ring I was treated rudely for just trying to let them know I did not send in that ring. I do not live in California and now I am getting emails about a ring inspection on Feb 4th. I called again to mention it and the lady answering told me she would take my number off which is great but then hung up when I went to ask another question. So if you’d like strangers to receive info about your jewelry you can come to this spot where they won’t do anything to fix it because it seems they do not verify customer profiles before finalizing the purchase or appointment.
