I came here today with my two sisters and my baby, and while the food itself was decent, the service at checkout left us very uncomfortable. This spot is in the food court, and it was completely full. The line at checkout wasn’t moving, and we had trays, drinks, and bags in our hands with nowhere else to stand, so we simply waited where we were. The cashier, Jessica, began yelling behind us to help the customer behind us, even though it was clear we had no room to move. She kept insisting we step aside into the food line—which would have forced my sister to awkwardly juggle everything while blocking other guests. Instead of being patient for just a few moments, she called us sarcastic “sweet” names, making the situation more uncomfortable. When I asked Jessica for her name, she raised her voice and told me she didn’t care what I did with it. That response showed a complete lack of professionalism or care for customers. On top of that, the food portions could use some improvement. The noodles in my bowl were only filled about halfway, even though I purposely didn’t fill my bowl all the way so there would be room for more. No utensils were given. We also waited about 15 minutes for our food, when normally this place is much faster. After looking at other reviews, I noticed I’m not the only one who’s had a bad experience with this same employee. It seems that multiple customers have complained about Jessica’s rude behavior, yet nothing is being done. She is consistently making people uncomfortable, and it reflects poorly on the business. Overall, we left feeling disrespected and unsatisfied. A little more patience from staff, attention to food portions, and timeliness would make a big difference.

This place has great noodles, and tonight, I had a craving for them. Their style is that they let you fill the bowl with as many protiens and veggies that you can stack, then they take your bowl and add noodles, then they cook them right in front of you. Tonight, there was a long line. Since I knew they closed at 8 p.m., I got in line and placed my order by 7:35pm. I was a little puzzled because there were still people in line, but the employees were saying they were already closed at 7:40. Between 7:40 and 7:47, another 6 customers were sent away. Great noodles, service is a bit spicy, but it's not such a big deal, just wait in line patiently without making too many last-second requests that hold up the line and you should be good. In their defense, many customers waste time and are also rude....it adds up customers! Be considerate if you want polite employees, basics. I went back, and it was awesome as always. The guys are always busy! It's great to build your own bowl!

the person who attended us at the beginning was very bad I asked if they had gloves he said no they didn't give them anymore and he didn't want to give me or napkins he just gave me my plate then after about 5 minutes of waiting in line I was grabbing my food and I had meat and 5 pieces of broccoli and that's it I didn't want rice or spaghetti and then a rude lady came out telling me that I couldn't take any more and that she would never come back that she wouldn't attend to me and she took the dishes from my hand and she didn't want to give me the money back place is known for bad treatment of employees and bad service I will never return and I will make sure that not even my family returns to this place where the people who were cooking mistreat you badly the sticks fell on the floor and I picked them up and continued to use as if nothing bad service you can get sick from this food that is not good

If you're looking for a customizable, flavor-packed meal that satisfies every craving, Mongolian Grill in Burbank CA Mall is the place to be. The moment you step in, you're greeted with a lively atmosphere, and the excitement builds as you approach the grill station.

Food Quality: The highlight of the experience is undoubtedly the fresh, vibrant selection of ingredients. You start by picking your favorites—tender meats, crisp vegetables, and a variety of noodles—and then it's on to the sauces. From savory to spicy, the flavor combinations are endless, and you can get as creative as you want. They cook everything right in front of you on the sizzling grill, and the portion sizes are generous.

Customization Heaven: What makes Mongolian Grill stand out is the ability to craft a dish exactly how you like it. Whether you're going for something healthy with tofu and fresh greens, or indulging in a hearty bowl of beef and noodles drenched in teriyaki, the choices are up to you. Dietary restrictions? No problem. You control what goes in, making it perfect for vegans, vegetarians, or those with gluten sensitivities.

Atmosphere & Service: The staff is friendly and efficient, making sure your meal is grilled to perfection with no wait time that's too long. The open kitchen adds a fun, interactive element as you watch the grill masters work their magic. The atmosphere is casual and ideal for families, groups of friends, or even a quick solo lunch.

Value for Money: The pricing is reasonable considering the quality and quantity of the food. You pay for a bowl and load it up as much as you can, making it a great value, especially if you're hungry.

Mongolian Grill in Burbank CA Mall is a hidden gem for food lovers who want a meal that's fresh, fast, and fully customizable. Whether you're a seasoned regular or a first-timer, you're bound to leave satisfied with a full stomach and a smile on your face. Highly recommended for a fun, flavorful...

This weekend I went to Mongolian Grill and as I was waiting for my food to be prepared, I witnessed something very disturbing. Gloria, the manager, was speaking to an older gentleman in an extremely rude and belittling manner, right in front of a long line of customers. Instead of focusing on the busy line, she chose to single him out and criticize him harshly, making him feel small and embarrassed in public.

It was difficult to watch, and honestly, my blood was boiling seeing the lack of respect and compassion she showed. No employee, especially an older gentleman who could be anyone’s father or grandfather deserves to be treated that way. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen her behave like this, either. I’m a regular customer, and whenever she’s working, I avoid ordering here because of how poorly she treats both employees and customers.

The owner needs to take action immediately. Gloria’s behavior is unacceptable and harmful to both staff morale and customer experience. For the sake of the business and the dignity of the employees, she should...
