This rating is only for this location on 148th in burien. The staff at this store are very un-friendly. I have been in this location 3 times, and each time, every worker there looked like someone just ran over their dog, got out of their car, and kicked it. Not a friendly face or warm smile anywhere. I asked to try on a pair of shoes, and I felt like I was asking a stranger on the street to mow my lawn without paying him. I felt like I was an imposition. I couldn't wait to get out of the store. I will never shop at this store again. I get it, they are right next to the burien transit center and probably get shoplifters and people smoking dope in front of their store but you still have to treat paying customer with a respect like your business and your paychecks depend on it because it really does. I hope this rating and reveiw helps to show management at this location the problems with the sales staff and possible re-training and / or...

This place used to be amazing. Wow has it gone down hill. The last 3 times I was in they didn't have any of the discount prices on any of the knives or most other items. The price stickers just sit on the counter all week until they all expire! Only the managers seem to know where anything is so really bad training. Employees seem to have a bad attitude and don't want to be there. While I was there a guy stole merchandise because they know the customer service sucks here.

The last straw for me was when they wouldn't let me use more than one item coupon. Why put out 20 items on coupon if you can only buy one item? After years of spending lots of money there I am done with them for good. The shoes that I was about to purchase even fit nice. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than ever give a dime to this place again. I noticed other customers waiting for 25 min...

Came looking for soccer gear for my kid with my elderly mom. She asked to use the bathroom and they turned her away, said they have no public bathrooms but she's free to use the facilities at the Asian mart next door. I can't describe how stressful it was to get her the help she needed, but she uses a cane to walk. Come back 30 minutes or so later to make my purchase, item in hand and witness the sales rep let a mom and her kid use their facilities no questions asked - she didn't even buy anything. How they treated my mom hurt, and the last thing that was said to me was, "cash or credit?" I am NEVER...
