If you’re Asian, especially with monolids, do not come here. They don’t know how to apply extensions to suit your eye shape, and all their examples are of only double eyelid clients.

I asked for a wispy hybrid set and the first thing I noticed was how rushed my lash tech was for me to leave right after she finished. I wasn’t handed a mirror or asked if I was satisfied with my service. After I left for a while, I was trying to convince myself to love the lashes but I hated them. The eyelashes were extremely thick, some strands pointing sideways, and weighing my eyelids down.

I reached back out to Lash M to get redone and was told that I chose the wrong design for my eyes, which is insane because shouldn’t lash techs know how to adjust the style for each person’s unique eye shape? Even after getting them redone, I wasn’t fully satisfied because they looked nothing like the example I showed the second time, I gave up and accepted it. All my close friends and family were shocked at how bad they looked even after getting them fixed & how expensive it was 😭

However, I wouldn’t have written this review if they actually stayed. This isn’t my first time getting extensions, but the fall out for my lashes were INSANE. They didnt touch any water or cleanser - which is instructed for aftercare. By day 4, so much of it was gone. I paid $219 after tip for sparse lashes when falsies would’ve looked better. I also disputed this with my bank but because of their non-refundable policy, I’m left with no other option but to warn others. If you like heavy, thick, insanely dramatic lashes that fall out quickly then I’d recommend...

This is my first time trying lash extensions and I was amazed. I used to use falsies and I got so sick of having to glue them on every single day. I am so glad that I discovered Lash M in Burlingame, a hidden gem! This lash salon is new but I've heard many good reviews about the lash m location in SF. Tiffany, the lash tech, is literally a goddess, so gentle and professional. The place is super clean and nice with a nice waiting area. As this is my first time, I had so many doubts, but Lash M made my experience comfortable and convenient. Making my appointment was quick & simple, and customer service was great. Looking forward to getting my lashes done here again...

I cannot say enough positive things about Lash M. I met with May and I think Jeff when I came for an eyebrow consultation. They were both so welcoming and answered all my questions. The atmosphere here is very relaxing and they are a big reason for that. May is a perfectionist in the best way. Her work space was spotless, clean and organized, and her brow work is precise while being gentle. I look forward to going back for my follow up appointment.
