LLG Jewelers — Attraction in Burlington

10/10 stars for an amazing jeweler. After months of online research and ring shopping, my boyfriend and I finally decided to stop by LLG Jewelers, intrigued by the multitude of 5-star reviews, excellent BBB rating, and the continuous running ‘Best Jewelers’ awards. Don’t let the smaller storefront deter you as it almost did me. We are so glad that we dropped by, and we ultimately purchased my diamond engagement ring here.

The 5-star reviews online are spot-on. The owner, Zohrab, was just the trustworthy expert we needed to educate us on the marketing myths versus facts. His direct and honest suggestions were refreshing and sincerely appreciated. Most importantly, he took the time to listen and search for exactly what we wanted. With his help, we were able to build the engagement ring that I've been dreaming about for years.

For some, the owner’s style of communicating might be a little too direct. He definitely cuts through the BS, and we quickly realized that he genuinely had our best interests in mind.

As previously noted, my boyfriend and I did a ton of online research, shopped too many online sites to count, and visited a few brick and mortar stores. Zorhab provided, hands down, the highest quality and best savings for our budget. My recommendation is to come here after you’ve done your research so that you can compare and make that determination yourself. (What's that phrase? "Shop us last.")

FINALLY, after living in Boston for over 10 years, I have found my jeweler. I was referred to Zohrab by two friends of mine who said LLG was the place to go after many failed visits to other stores. I was hesitant after such poor service and merchandise at other jewelers, who seemingly only wanted my money and didn't care about the quality of product or the service they provided. But, I decided to give LLG a try with some small pieces; a stainless steel bracelet for my boyfriend that needed repairing, a heirloom pendant for my daughter that needed to be repaired, and a simple chain for myself. Zohrab was exceptional! From the moment we were greeted by him and his staff, I was immediately put at ease and made to feel like an old friend who came to visit. NO JOB was too small or insignificant to him--and THAT was important to me (as each of these pieces had sentimental value). Because of his honest, kind and familiar demeanor, we ended up upgrading my chain to a more expensive one, resetting instead of repairing the pendant, and plans to potentially design a custom silver cuff to match the stainless steel bracelet of my boyfriend's. I happily spent more money than intended and am looking forward to coming here again for all my jewelry and gift needs. Stopped by LLG after having a horrible experience at another local jewelers (Long's in Burlington). I'm newly engaged and had brought my ring to Long's to have it resized. After the resizing I noticed how incredibly loose the center stone was (its brand new and was not loose before) so much so that it was about to fall out of the setting. I brought the ring back and was given no apology or refund for the horrible work they did. They told me the ring was poorly constructed (its a ring they sell in their stores!!) and it loosening was inevitable and happened from normal wear and tear (i've only had it a week!!). They quickly tightened the prongs and showed me the door. Frustrated and wanting a second opinion on my ring I went to the closest jeweler I could find, which was LLG. I was warmly welcomed and I explained what happened and the jeweler was incredibly nice and helpful. He brought out tweezers and showed me that the diamond was STILL loose even after Long's had 'fixed' it - he even gave me the tweezers to try for myself! He then tightened the prongs and checked the security of the center diamond and all the accent diamonds in front of me, and polished and shined the ring beautifully. A newly engaged woman does not want to worry about her diamond falling out and getting lost, and I feel at ease because of his great work.
