I needed help at the end of day on a Friday afternoon and Austin - the only employee working - was handling last minute bike repairs simultaneously with walk in customers buying parts and accessories. He kindly informed me of what parts he did and did not have on hand and let me deconstruct my rear drivetrain on the floor of the shop while he assisted the other customers. My son is a big guy, on his way to being a bigger guy... We brought his bike into Matt with a broken front brake. He could have fixed it, but instead honestly told us my son had already outgrown his bike of two years. So we gave the bike to a friend and fortunatly found a adult sized bike from a pawn shop.

Austin was amazing, let me use a repair stand, tools and we got the problem diagnosed in time to get parts shipped overnight to my motel.
