Show was amazing, sound was great, and the venue was nice and new. I will say, though, the organization was complete nonsense. The space to get into the theater is narrow, so figuring out which line was for beverages, entry, merch, or exit was pretty chaotic. The staff wasn’t very communicative besides one friendly guy up front. They sell alcohol in the lobby, but apparently you can only bring it inside if you’re at a table, which is a fine rule to have — but maybe mention that before someone spends $20 on beer five minutes before the show starts. We only noticed a small sign to the side afterward, and the bartender’s reaction was simply, “I already rung it up.” So we basically wasted money on drinks we couldn’t have. Read moreEnjoyed a beautiful event at Arrow Street on Saturday, May 30th with my big sister. CROWN was recommended by a friend who said, “worth seeing “ and it certainly was good. Tickets were priced well, including a senior discount. The space is sensible and inviting. The host was kind and welcoming. The 90 min play was filled with music, colors and a talented ensemble cast. They kept the audience engaged through nostalgic scenes of growing up in church while experiencing the joys & sorrows of life.
