This is an awesome grassy area right on the Charles River that is very cute and super popular. Lots of Harvard student come and hang out by the water on nice days and have a picnic or hang out in a group. People by themselves also come to read a book, lay out and tan, sit on a bench, or leisurely walk by. It can be really peaceful and nice to be by the water.
