Robin Hood Shop — Attraction in Cambridge

I am changing my review due to how I have been treated at this shop. The manager cannot count, and she insists on counting in her head instead of on paper. She repeatedly makes mistakes, always in her favor, then gets highly offended when you correct her counting. The 1st couple of times, I was willing to forget it, but then she did it another 4 or 5 times. We heard her making rude comments about another customer after they left the shop. You have to count up your entire purchase BEFORE you go to the desk, to make sure that it is correct. The other people there DO count correctly. I have stopped going there due to the attitude of the manager. One day when I was there, I heard another woman telling her that she was overcharging her. When she came outside, I asked her if she was alright. She said that she thought that the woman in the store didn't like her, because she always overcharged her, I told her that it had nothing to do with her, personally. She did the exact thing to us repeatedly. Someone needs to correct this negative ongoing attitude with this manager, because we are tired of being mistreated when we go in there, and think this may be happening with others, also. I wanted to add that they have volunteers in there that are extremely prejudiced, one in particular, a woman whose name starts with "P" openly talked negatively about " Blacks" , in a very condescending way. I think that these volunteers should be screened and immediately dismissed if any negative comments are made by them against any race or ethnicity,...
