Waterfront Car Park — Attraction in Camden

I did an Instawork shift in the aquarium and was instructed AFTER I let the aquarium parking attendants know I was with Instawork… they told me to park in there… my car got stuck….. I luckily had my purse with me or I would’ve been ass out. The aquarium…. Didn’t really do much soothing either, as a temp Employee… I’m kinda pissed I had to ride transit home… and I’ll have to come back to pick it up. Why don’t you guys update your garages for ppl to pay after any time?! You know the aquarium could Possibly have events that run until a certain time. The lot can close… just give out tickets when they drive in?… so that they can pay and drive out when they are done. To lock someone’s vehicle inside is careless… and where the crap were the signs?!The most inconsiderate parking...

Yeah, so with little to no signage for when the lot opens or closes, the lot closes before some events finish and your car can end up locked in the garage till it opens the next day.

Me and another person were locked in the garage and unable to leave until 9am on Sunday from an event that ended at 2am... This made the other person late for something important and caused an overall disruption for both of us and ANY customer that uses this...

This is the worst garage ever. No people, no signs about operating hours, nothing anywhere. Parked with my 8 year old son to go see fireworks on the Battleship. Felt safer parking in a garage so when we walked back, we weren't walking in Camden for too long at night. It was locked. My car and others were fully locked in and we were locked out at 10 pm in Camden. I still cannot believe this happened....
