The space is clean and well kept, staff is friendly. Unfortunately there are lots of surprises when you sign up to rent. Our rate almost doubled after just a few months. We were told it was set by the corporate office and there’s nothing they can do. After we showed how upset we were, they lowered the rate a little bit but it was still way out of our budget after this increase. You are also forced to either provide your own insurance or use theirs for an additional fee.

We have now found a home with a local company who has been lovely and charges a fraction of these corporate storage companies. I advise anyone looking for storage to search for local mom and pops over extra space, southern storage, or any of the other corporate companies. No surprises, no lies,...

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet Jared this week while working on purging my storage unit with my sister. Jared took time to make sure we were okay, he even offered us water while we were there. One of the cool parts was that I had a question and he took the time to walk back to what is considered his office, took the time to research and then came back and gave me an answer.
