I was in drive up line for 35 minutes total, I asked the guy with an accent who answered intercom if they could take turns with the walk up people because cars in front of me left due to being ignored while young couples walking up were getting their ice creams fifteen minutes after we had all been sitting in the drive through I had to cut my car off twice to save gasoline , the employee responded to me by stating “you haven’t been in line 35 minutes”, but it was total time by time I got to window, I asked for one plain ice cream, he read back two , so the. I got to window and it was almost ten do for one plain ice cream and a character slander by employee so I thought that was way too expensive especially to ridiculed while waiting a ridiculous time while they let their whoever’s cut in line at walk up window . I live here within a block and it’s only my third time there because it’s not only expensive but slow as molasses with character slanders to boot! So I w ent and bought a half gallon of rocky road at dollar general with ten people in line and checked out in 3 minutes...

We had a really awful customer service experience at this location. The shop closes at 10:30 pm and this was yesterday Monday April 11. We get there at 10:20 pm. The people working last night had the lights turned down and they took a while to come on the speaker at the drive thru. He was hoping we would think they were closed and we would pull away. The person working (a young male with blonde hair and black nail polish on his hands) rudely came on the speaker and immediately said we only accept cards because were closing in ten minutes. I said no problem I have my card and would just like two small ice creams and I can pay with my card no problem. He reply’s with well you better have a card becuase that’s all we are accepting. We then get up to the window to pay and he had one of the worst attitudes I’m come across is a long time. He acted annoyed by us being there. I’m not one to write a review but I felt the owner of this location deserves to know how his employees are treating customers. We will be taking our business to one of the many other options in town...

Small walk up or drive through soft ice cream stand. They have many flavours to try which is unusual for soft ice cream. I went with a stand vanilla cone which was dense and nicely flavored without being overly sweet. You have a choice of cone type as well as size. Plus you can add many different toppings or dips. They also have mix ins and other products like ishaked and ice cream tacos. I did try this place again a week later and got a dipped cone with chocolate coating. It seemed to be a thicker coating than what you find at Dairy Queen which I liked, but it melted the ice cream too quickly which created a mess. Take plenty of napkins for this. It also was difficult to eat without dropping some of the coating, so not a good choice for the drive through. Personally, I would stick to no dip if having it in a cone. All in all, a nice stop for a treat when in Cape...
