Ok I moved back this way and decided to play at this casino here, the first few times they when all out to get me to come back, but the more I came and the more I used their offer they sent me in the mail, the worst customers service and attitude I got. The lodging got less as nice. And tonight I had it. I will not be using this casino. Be warn of you value to them. I will spend my time else where. And my money. I been moving back like I said so I’ve been traveling back and forth between two places while closing on a house. So while doing this I played a lot here and at another one of their casino in caurthville mo. So by no means did they really give me anything. I paid for it in the long run. But that was ok because I chose to play here. They didn’t make me. Well tonight I was coming thru and running late. So I called and as for room and how late they were open. The lady I talk to said they stay open til 4am and the fan club closes @ 2am. I get to casino 5 after midnight. Because of a hotel problem. I will get to that in a min. So when I go to fan club I ask them to print off my coupon because I packed them away while moving . The lady said I can’t , we don’t print them after midnight. I said really why didn’t you say that when I called and ask for hotel and I ask about your closing time and then you told me you close fan club at 2 am. With no mention of not being able to print tickets. Then I tell them about my hotel problem n that why I was late. And she said oh you’re the one who didn’t like one of your hotel stay. She said this on phone when I called earlier for a room. I said oh wow ya must have me on a list to be unfriendly. Btw I did complain about a dirty room once before. But I did take picture to prove I wasn’t lying, Which they didn’t seem to care. My only offer then when it happen was next time you come I will give you 20 for gas driving up there wow ! Plus I never stay the night there, when I let casino at midnight I drive 2 hours the rest of the way home. Because I was afraid to sleep in bed if tub was dirty. What a company. But I said maybe that just a one time then. Well tonight was a nightmare. Beside not getting my 60.00 because they couldn’t print ticket, since I was 5 min late due to trying to find a clean room at hotel which took going thru 4 rooms to find one. (My motel problem was ) when I get to pear tree inn west and check in, i had to call desk as soon as I get there. It looked as there was blood drops on carpet like someone may have had a cut. I didn’t want to get charged for that put it being blood stain maybe don’t good. So when I told him about it, he came up and said let’s give you another room. So we go to 2 more room and walked in and they hadn’t even been cleaned that day, towels stack up and floor not vacuum and beds not made. He kept apologizing saying it show on computer they were cleaned, finally at the 4th room, which was open he didn’t know why, but it seem it had been clean. Well it looked it anyway since bed was made and towels wasn’t on floor. Now I don’t blame the young man working. He didn’t know. He did say he can’t believe it they did so bad. But I do blame the motel for not knowing or keeping eye on that stuff. The young man that worked was polite. So no problem there. But this is my treatment and accommodation from isle. So don’t be fool if you use their offer once it will be good but if you use it more it gets worst. Besides if you think your time n money is going to be miss, it’s not there are plenty like us who will be crazy enough to come and replace us. They didn’t make me spend my money n stupid me even spend a 100 to kill time while my room at hotel cooled off. Got one bounus and won.94 cents. Why do you even get a bonus when they’re not planning on giving more, well lesson learn they just don’t care about customer service. You’re replaceable and not important. Dumb part on them, usually I bring others with me, so they lose them too. But I am pissed right now. Because I’ve drive 4 hours to get here and still got 2 hour to drive to get home....

Never in my life have I ever seen a Casino without the essentials like a store or gift shop or even vending machines that offer Casino guests and the Casino Hotel guests with Tylenol, anti- diarrhea tabs, or antacids like Roland's or Tums. It's noisy, it's loud, both the hotel and the Casino should offer these essentials to guests of both establishments. My elderly spouse and I, both of us are elderly and both have disabilities, we were told by four staffers at the Casino none of these were offered, but that the hotel would have the Tylenol we needed for our pounding headaches, which I asked is there a way to get to the hotel through the Casino? All four Saud no, you'll need to go out the outside double doors and walk around the building, to the Hotel upfront double doors. It was so hot, our heads pounding, the heat nearly caused my spouse to fall and pass-out only half way around the outside of the building. It was so hot and so scary. We eventually made it to the Hotel outside doors, entered, my spouse had to immediately sit down, to cool down. The temperature outside was/is 92 with a extreme heat advisery stating *feels like 104 and humidity at 93 percent. Prior to our even heading to the hotel, I looked for a wheelchair, not even one in sight. I asked if they had one, was told no we don't have any wheelchairs. So upon our miserable arrival at the hotel, as my spouse is trying to cool down, I asked if we could get a small travel packet to of Tylenol with like two or four in the small packette. The lady at the hotel said, we don't have Tylenol. I said, a Hotel doesn't have Tylenol, nor Tums nor Anti- Diarrhea tablets? She said no. She saw how hot and weak my spouse was, and asked I'd we'd like a bottle of water, which I immediately gave to my elderly spouse. And, then I said, I've never seen a Casino that has a hotel, and makes guests walk all the way around the building to get to the hotel either. She said oh, you can go through here, down that way, to the left. Them right, to the Casino. I said why did four staffers have us walk all the way around the building, why didnt they tell us we could get here to the hotel, without having to go outside and walk half way around this building, and why doesn't this Casino and the Hotel both carry Tylenol, and other essentials commonly requested by guests at both establishments? Clearly, this place is either poorly managed, or they do not care one ioda about hospitality for the guests. The place is a joke. No lounging chairs, no grouped chairs and tables I'm the Casino itself where guests can actually sit and even take a thirty minute break nor a place to sit down have a cup of coffee with family or friends between gambling, other than going outside Casino itself, clear out by the front doors. This place needs to cater to its guests, and make essentials and proper gatgering style seating available. Unbelievable. People will stay longer and spend more money if they have what guests need while there. Otherwise, they'll leave way earlier. And spend far less. I had to call 3 times to try and find anyone that knew anything about booking me a room! After we got there we found out that coffee pots were only in select rooms ( high roller) rooms, and ours was not one of them. I later went to ask the male person on the night shift if they had any comment cards and I was addressed to “what’s up”? He was busy on his phone with his back to the from of the desk. The next morning around 7 am a fire alarm went off and said there was a fire in the building for everyone to get out, after we all got to the parking lot about 2 minutes passed when we were informed that we could go back in and another guess told us not an employee. Needless to say, we went back to our room, packed our shit and left as did many others I don’t know what’s happened to Century Casino, but our experience was so bad that I will never go back. I’ve been going to this casino ever since the day I waited in line for it to open, but I’ve noticed overtime it has gotten worse and worse. There was absolutely no waitresses for drinks, yes, I know there is a self service bar, but if you are playing a machine, you cannot just get up and leave your money in the machine because your money and your machine will get taken. Therefore they need waitresses something they’ve never had much of as far as I’m concerned.
