I can’t say enough good things about our experience at West Park Lanes! I recently brought over 130 fourth-grade students, teachers, and parents on a field trip, and everything from start to finish was absolutely fantastic. Scheduling was a breeze—quick, clear communication and flexibility that made the whole planning process stress-free (which is no small feat when coordinating for that many people!).
The facilities were clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, supportive, and incredibly organized. It’s clear that customer service is a top priority here.
Every student had a great time, and our parents and teachers were equally impressed. I’ve booked many field trips over the years, and it's not always easy working with businesses when you’re traveling with such a large group—but West Park Lanes was top notch. They truly understood our needs and delivered a memorable experience for everyone involved.
We’ll definitely be returning for future trips....

Smokey, loud, and grimey. The price to bowl is fine, and the equipment is good. The food is very over priced and quite terrible. Eat before you arrive, even if it is McDonald's drive-through, which is less money and somehow tastes better.
What else could you expect I guess. I'll likely go back, because it is the only place to go.
It is filled with Bud Light drinkers and you get to sit very close to other people bowling. Yay. I left and had to change clothes when I got home due to cigarette smoke stinch. The workers were not pleasant, but helpful and nice at least.
I would say it is fine for me and some drunk buddies, but not so for my young...
Read more9 months pregnant and all I wanted was one single piece of taffy from the arcade. I sent my husband to see if he could purchase a piece for me when he was told no it cost 300 tickets. Also, WHO CHARGES 300 tickets for one piece of taffy???! I figured it would be the cheapest prize in the box. We were in middle of a bowling game with 10 people so we’re not going to stop bowling to play arcade games. We even offered them a $20 bill for what was probably a $1 piece of taffy from a gas station and they said no.
Clearly money isn’t an object at this establishment. Bad customer service if you ask me. 0/10 would...
