I was looking for a inexpensive pair of shoes. I wear orthotics in all my shoes. I was trying on several pairs of shoes. I have to remove the insoles and use my orthotics. One of the employees working in the shoe department wasn't happy about me removing the insoles. He made a comment about it. I apologized to him about removing the insoles. He got nasty with me. This location is understaffed and overstuffed, however, the two employees that helped us were very helpful and efficient. My dad and I needed a weight bench and called to make sure it was in stock. Once we were helped, the employee even hoisted it into the truck for us! I just felt horrible that they didn't have a moment to catch their breath. I like the store, but when there are 4 staff members hanging out up front and the entire fish section needs pricing… and has needed it for years, you definitely have more to do than just hang out.
