Recommend this place most definitely everyone I come across that happens to be in the 420 World you've got great prices minimal selection but we got to remember this is an outlet so they're not like your regular store going to have choices of the same all the time with that said why am I applying to 3 and 1/2 * for this visit compared to many other , beyond and beyond the five star rating but on this particular visit I finally did the option of online ordering as I had a decent sized order just wanted to make sure it was ready you know time is of the essence for me and I got the confirmation order it was being processed and all of that but when I got there it wasn't ready even though I had received confirm that it was being processed so which even bothers me more is when I see a ton of bag sitting on top of the shelf waiting to be picked up and then you have people that are not busy so my order could have been process I could have gave you the money and went on my way and then would of remembered my stickers at least !g So I it give three stars customer service this day, because it's really the product and the prices is 5 is hell it's 10 stars all day but customer service that's the key for your business to thrive now it's going to thrive anyway because people want this product and they wanted at a good quality and a good price and where they feel like they're getting over and not the business ,😎but for me if you're just asking me about how customer services yeah I didn't like that because of my package had not been processed as it had said in my receipt that I have and they were at least remember to getting my free stickers or is it hey we ran out say something, I might be doing too much or maybe nobody even read this but that's just my biggest complaint whether I'm spending $0.40 or 4000 sense 40000 cents if I do it online and it says it's ready it should be ready when I walk in the door just point blank. I came in for dabs, usually knowing exactly what I want, but I decided to try something different. Mellie was a huge help, as sometimes I struggle to explain what I'm looking for. I told her I wanted something high quality with great taste. At most places, they would’ve just sold me their house brand, but Mellie asked me an important question: "What are you smoking your dabs out of?" That was a great sales question, and at that moment, I knew I was in good hands.

I told her I use a Puffco, and she mentioned that her husband is also an avid dabber and has a Puffco as well. She recommended I try 710 Concentrates, and it was a fantastic suggestion. The taste was amazing, and she explained that since it was badder, it would be easier to handle with my Puffco. The week prior, someone had recommended sauce, but that was a nightmare to deal with because of its watery consistency.

Mellie deserves a raise. I haven’t received customer service this good since I bought a new car (and that was because they were trying to sell me something). payed my third visit this morning ... very kind and efficient staff ... checked their menu online so i knew what i wanted ... picked up a 1g cartridge from Skunk Feather Concentrates called "The Ville" which turns out to be a mix of "Strawberry Kush" and "Bubblegum" ... the very pleasant young lady who helped me requested some feedback since it's a new product ... first of all upon opening the package was surprised to find gold hardware with a black ceramic tip and no stickers on the cartridge ( for some reason this bugs me) ... so it looks nice and feels solid ... I have a select battery that you just take hit to activate (no button) ... had no issue with it fitting and the draw is very nice ... was Immediately struck by the Flavor of fresh strawberries ... the effect is very pleasant, very little throat irritation ... I've tried several brands and am a fan of Heavy Hitters ... I'm really glad I went ahead and tried the skunk feather and plan to try other strains ... anyway ... The Hook is awesome ... and the prices are hard to beat ... great location great people ......
