Carson Home Furnishings — Hotel in Carson City

I am forever grateful for Carson Home Furnishings and the amazing owner Blane. We had purchased furniture through Ashley Furniture and it came late, damaged and was delivered by people with zero customer service skills. We had already gotten rid of all of our old furniture because we didn't think there would be an issue with the new things. My husband went into Carson Home Furnishings on the week of Christmas trying to find something similar to what we had purchased through Ashley's. Blane was able to find items that were very close to the original order! We were told 6-8 weeks for delivery and were beyond thankful when it was ready two weeks after ordering it! Zach and Collin were seriously incredible at Carsonhome Furnishing. I walked in there and told Zach what I was looking for and he said he has something that he thinks I would like but it is in the warehouse not built. We went to try other places but not one other furniture place had personable and fun workers than them or anything that was worth getting. We ended up going back to Carson home furnishing and when walking in they were cheering and stocked we actually came back because they got the one we wanted built for us to see. Zack and Collin were seriously remarkable. The they went above and beyond our expectations. Not only did they go out of their way to build the table without really knowing we were coming back but once we bought it they wrapped everything up really nicely. My wife and I just moved our family to town and we were in need of alot of furniture. Let me say, I Hate shopping for Furniture, but my wife made me go. We shopped every store from Reno to Carson City, even a few in Sacramento. As we walked in to Carson Home, I could tell this store was different from other stores we visited. The showroom was very neat and orderly and the selection and brands were the best that we had seen. Once we met Blane and Melissa, the owners, we became instant friends. There was no pressure at all and we could tell they were passionate knowledgeable and proud business owners.
