I have previously used this store to get my boyfriend's phone screen replaced on two separate occasions. Shipping for the new screen took no longer than two days. I dropped the phone off & picked it up fixed within a couple hours. It was easy & the staff was great.
However. The front of my phone screen cracked 4 weeks ago on a Thursday. I called the same day to see if they could fix it. The screen came in 8 days later on a Friday. I dropped my phone off & came back 2 hours later as they had suggested. Not only was my phone unfixed, the tech had made it worse by also shattering the back screen. He was very nice & sincere in his apology & said he would order me a new one at no cost to me, and replace both screens when the back came in. That parts took another entire week to come in. I dropped my phone off again, this is now 15 days after my phone had originally been cracked. When I returned to pick it up, the tech showed me the back & front screen that was sent to them for my phone & BOTH pieces were not meant for my phone. The front screen piece, that had now been sitting in their shop for two weeks, was not even the right one and nobody even noticed. The new back screen that he ordered to replace since he broke mine was also incorrect. This was 8 days ago. I asked if it would take another week to get parts in and was told no. I called early this week to check on shipping & just as I had expected, he said they would not be here until Friday. I told him that was fine, but to please call me as soon as they come in, or to let me know if they didn't show up.. Today is Saturday and I have yet to receive a phone call.
4 weeks now I have been waiting to get my phone fixed. I have no issues with the staffing there as they are always pleasant & sincere but WHY is it so hard to order the correct equipment needed & WHY do I have to call every single day to get an answer? If you say you are going to call me, then DO IT. Provide the right kind of customer service! I have been more than understanding but I am extremely irritated...

Not only do i never recommend anyone to ever go here for a car battery, but definitely need to avoid this store specifically. Their batteries usually dont last a year. And Kevin thinks hes a mechanic and doesnt know what he is doing. He was in complete denial that his staff could mess up a terminal. We took my aunts car back, since they are the only people who have touched car mechanically since replacing battery a few days ago. His worker over tightened and warped terminals. Terminals could not get full connection and left my aunt stranded this morning and it was 40 degrees out. He claims thats physically impossible, refused to repair damage they did and the staff memeber did not put all the nuts on either for cables. Yes, may be a cheap part, but for a person that doesnt know these things, they should not be working on vehicles.
People come for a service, and when a service is not done correctly, own the mistake and make right.
I know he answers to someone, his maturity and customer service was completely irresponsible and poor. I hope whomever owns this location reaches out and reprimands him.
Highly recommend to not have battery replaced by Kevin or his staff. And definitely do not buy automotive batteries from these stores. Horrible experience everytime i have had to help people that have unfortunately used...

This time I needed to replace some phone batteries, walked in and noticed the layout was changed and wanted to look around, a big guy with a black beard came out and said something about helping us. I mentioned the changes to the store and said sorry I wasn't ignoring just wanted to look around. At the counter, my girlfriend and I both noted his attitude was very intense and abrasive (as if I had directly and intentionally insulted him), in the same manner he asked what I wanted? To which I replied "batteries" as I looked at him glaring at me and pulled the battery out of my phone... I asked how much they were, and he replied $21 something (each). It was not until I told him that I wanted 3 of them that his attitude and demeanor started to tone down.
If I had all day to waste, I was tempted to tell him I'd get my batteries somewhere else, and if I had to go to the next town, rather than being treated like a teenaged punk or criminal by a thug that has no patience for business! Before we left my girlfriend asked what his name was, he...
