Krauszer's Food Market — Attraction in Carteret

My coworkers and I come here every Sunday for breakfast and each time they mess up our order. For example, recently we ordered 2 BECs with hashbrowns and 1 SEC. They charged us for 5 sandwiches. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called up to ask how much a hashbrown costs in case the 2 extra sandwiches they charged us for equals to the amount of the hashbrowns. Hashbrowns are $1.49 meanwhile we got charged $2.29. So I head over there just for them to tell me the receipt they gave me wasn't mine. Also, she claimed that over the phone she heard me order the 3 sandwiches we asked for and 2 ECs. Which makes absolutely no sense because in that case we were missing the 2 sandwiches. Then, she proceeded to print out a fake receipt thinking that was going to solve the problem. This Krauszer's is a joke. From now on, my coworkers and I will go...

Went here over the weekend a few weeks back for breakfast take out for me and some friends. The staff was wonderfully friendly and quick with taking the order and cooking it. The prices are nice and the food was prepared perfectly. When ordering breakfast take out from any restaurant these days, I usually expect the order to be partially or fully incorrect so I wasn't expecting much and I'm usually quick to correct it. I was quite surprised when my order came out here...it was fully correct. No mistakes, which I was amazed at honestly, every other restaurant must either not care or write the order wrong. Aside from that, the food was tasty and cooked perfectly as well. Nice selection of breakfast and lunch food, coffee is good, friendly people, what more can you ask for. New review 2023 Getting too expensive! You go there from one day to the next, and prices are being changed without it being visible to the customers. Honestly, it depends on who’s on the cashier they will charge differently to different people and that is absolutely not acceptable. Now I know & everyone knows that things are getting expensive out there but the prices should be consistent for everyone. Everyone is trying to survive and make a living, what your doing is ugly & distasteful. Your better off ordering from grubhub or seamless at the menu fixed priced menu & pick up your food.
