I agree with the other reviewers here; some of the staff are not helpful at all. My previous visits were fantastic with new staff being trained, but today I had a simple question that wasn't answered clearly, and I was interrupted with unnecessary explanations. It's important to listen to the customer before speaking!
The lady saw my confusion and instructed me to grab an envelope and change the packaging without providing details. Seeing me struggle, I asked the question again for clarity to avoid future issues and extra costs. Then, an older gentleman started making noises, laughing, and giving his opinion without being asked, almost immediately after arriving at the facility. I had to address him, which made the situation more uncomfortable.
In the end, I had to call a supervisor to get my questions answered. The staff's behavior and poor communication were the main issues. Listening to the question first and then providing a clear response is essential. Instead, the staff member kept cutting me off and did nothing while I struggled. Eventually, the manager clarified my question in 30 seconds.
The lady who assisted me seems to be a long-time employee but might continue causing problems for customers for years to come. Clerk 02, if you're reading this, please change your behavior or find a job you enjoy because it seems you're miserable working for USPS.
I didn’t report all of these issues to the manager because I only wanted my question answered. When I was leaving, I said thank you to everyone and apologized for the inconvenience to the lady, but she just looked at me like I was in the wrong. That’s the main motivation for me leaving this long negative review.
Since I shared my positive experience before by leaving a nice review using the QR code on the receipt, it's only fair that I do the same this time by providing feedback about my experience today. I’ll definitely...
Read moreWow I guess the reviews are correct, I usually do not leave bad reviews but I go to this office since it’s nearby, I usually go to ship items. I go in present my QR code and the women there are fast and nice but today 11/27/23 there was a long line around 3pm. The lady by the name of megan, guess she was stressed and had told people to go to her if it’s a “drop off” I’m not too familiar so I had my package as usual all taped up and ready for them to print a label from my QR code, she had I believe a tattoo on her collarbone or neck, she had glasses; she then said “this isn’t a drop off, you need to be prepared & kept repeating it needs to have a label to be a drop off” you can feel the tone and attitude of some but her she just spoke it out infront of customers & staff. That’s not the way to go about things or any type of customer service, I always go and show my QR code and this time I guess it was not a drop off (bc I use QR codes) which is my mistake but it’s not the way to treat someone & this needs to be addressed ASAP or change of staff to personnel who do not...
