Deluxe Nail Spa — Attraction in Cary

Be wary of who your nail artist is!!! I unfortunately had a terrible experience but I did not get the name of the person who messed up my nails. Sue however came to the rescue and fixed my nails entirely!! Sue is an amazing nail artist.

For starters when she first cut my nails they were extremely uneven and she cut off so much of my nail during shaping. I specifically asked to keep my length and only get coffin shape. She then realized how much she cut off so she filed and filed away at my nails. So much so that she made almost half of my nails bleed. She did not check to make sure both hands were even, and along the way she kept asking me if I was satisfied with her service, as if she knew she was doing me a disservice.

She claimed to know how to do SNS but my nails turned out horribly. All of my nails were uneven, the polish was uneven, and multiple of my fingers were bleeding. Not only that, but when checking me out she asked me how much tip I wanted to put in upfront, and didnt give me the opportunity to write it in myself. It was odd to me because everyone that was checked out before me did not have that issue.

I walked out and after looking at my nails I decided I had to go back inside. Luckily one of the experienced nail artists named Sue transformed my terrible nails and fixed the damage that was done. My nails look 10x better but I am still left with raw bleeding nails on multiple fingers. My hands hurt badly to the point where I couldn’t put them under water and my fingers were throbbing the rest of the night. Never in my life have I experienced such terrible nail pain and I have never had such a poor experience.

If you come to this salon, ask for Sue and be wary of who does your nails. If you start to feel uncomfortable or in pain from the excessive filing, speak up and say something otherwise you will be stuck with damaged...

I highly recommend Cindy for anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality nails. She’s a true artist, and it shows in everything she does. Check her out—you won’t regret it!

I can't say enough good things about Cindy at Deluxe! I first came to her in a nail emergency—I’d had my nails done somewhere else before a vacation, and the polish chipped the very next day. My nail was bruised from slamming it in a door, so I’d painted it black to cover up the damage. I stopped into Deluxe on a whim, Cindy didn’t just cover it up; she worked her magic and suggested GelX for a much cuter, longer-lasting style. She managed to completely transform my nails with a beautiful pale pink design, and no one could tell that one of them was damaged!

Since then, Cindy has been my go-to nail artist, and here’s why: she's meticulous and takes her time on every single nail, checking the shape, thickness, and length to make sure everything is perfect. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and she can even free-hand. I just show her a few inspiration pictures (or sometimes nothing at all!), and she always comes up with something amazing.

My Gel-X from Cindy always lasts a full month and looks just as good on day 30 as it does on day 1. My damaged nail is now fully healed but I still go back to her because of the incredible quality of her work.

Oh and Cindy also gives the best pedicures! Her attention to detail with polish and her effort during the pedicure itself is simply unmatched.

This was my first and will also be my last time at this salon. The staff was very rude and condescending . I've been to many salons before , and I have never experienced the blatant disrespect that i experienced last night at this salon. the entire time me and my best friend was there the nail technicians laughed and talked about us in their native language so much so that my friend asked her was she going to continue to disrepect us while we were there. Although we do not speak Vietnamese , we knew they were talking about us bc they would look at our feet and nails look at each out and then laugh . The lady caught an attitude with me bc i did not want to get gel polish on my toes. the lady must have thought we understood what they were saying bc she spoke to us in Vietnamese , once she realized we did not understand what she was saying they continued . The ONLY reason we stayed is because they had already started working and it was the day before Easter, and all the other salons in the area were booked and/or already closed. Their only saving grace is that the lady did a nice job on my pedicure. I will never step foot in this salon again , and will tell everyone about their lack of customer service.
