Casa Grande Jewelry & Pawn — Attraction in Casa Grande

I probably wouldn't have posted this review but I would feel bad if anyone has the same experience bad experience I did. I stopped in to sell some jewelry. While I was waiting for help I was looking around, I looked up a few items on my phone to see how much the stuff was going for and noticed they were more expensive. When it came time to get a price on my jewelry I was taken aback when they offered half the money that A1 Pawn Across the street had offered me. When I told them that, they said not to get a ticket on my way there. Wow! Unbelievable. After having visited a few more stores I found that A1 Pawn were the best when it came to being respectful and how much they paid. So I went back and sold my gold to them. I have sent several of my friends and family to see them and will continue to do so. I recently had my home burglarized. Several items were taken from my home. Some of my items were sold at this pawn shop. When I went into this store to ask for my property back they worked with me and had great customer service skills. I had to pay for my items (which really bites!) however they were willing to let me. Thanks to this pawn shop the theif has been caught and will be spending many years behind bars. What made me write a review on this is that the people in the shop were friendly and they sympathized with me. They are committed to see this person serve time. I met Ted years ago during a rough patch and am I ever glad I did! None of the typical snootiness of other pawn shops! If you want to be treated fairly, look no further! Over time my financial picture improved and I have scored some amazing pieces of jewelry and other finds. They've even helped me out when I was out of town! Who does that!?
