Up until this year we always enjoyed the shopping experience in Casa Grande. After the poor treatment at the Best Western, including never being able to get a receipt for our stay, (it's been two weeks now, and they claim they sent it several times), we will take our $1,000 Xmas shopping trip 30 miles north to Chandler and the Phoenix outlet mall. When we go, we stay for 1-2 nights, lots of shopping, and several restaurants. Casa Grande is losing...
