By far the best trip this summer. A much needed to get away and we found this hidden gem. I almost don't want to share in fear that this place will become hard to book in the future. The decors is amazing. The attention to detail is very apparent. From the time you arrive, the staff makes you feel like a VIP guest. The front desk personnel, Monica and Yesenia, were so nice and helpful. I needed extra assistance since I had just purchased a new phone and didn't know how to work it quite yet. Staff was fully patient and understanding with my struggles. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous. We felt like celebs visiting and doing Palm Springs the right way. The pool was very clean and kept us cool during the warm summer days. The poolside cabanas were an added bonus. I was able to relax and get some work done while enjoying the poolside vibe. I can't end this review without mentioning the restaurant Sol Y Sombra. What a treat. Executive chef, Danny came and greeted us and asked how the food was. I've chosen a vegan lifestyle and this place has some amazing vegan friendly food. My family couldn't stop talking about the hand made empanadas and the braised pork dish. The signature drink is delicious and we kept them coming. This is a place I will definitely come back to eat at when in town. All in all this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend staying here as a couples get away, for a business trip, a girls weekend or just because you want to treat yourself to luxury.

My husband and I had the unfortunate displeasure of booking a short 3 day mini-moon. Because of our concerns during just the first day at the “resort”, we ended up leaving early and only stayed 1 night & requested a refund. Details of concerns we have: 1. Room walls are thin - we can hear conversations, television, snoring, coughing - no sense of privacy or ability to truly relax in our room. We were on the top floor and somehow also heard footsteps & running above us (esp the construction crew in the morning) Culmination of noise resulted in us having significant difficulty sleeping at night. 2. Temperature of the room was cold and the settings on thermostat are restricted - we are unable to adjust temperature to make the stay more comfortable. 3. If a place labels themselves as a resort, we expect more from hospitality, room decor, and amenities. The room was set up as we expect an Airbnb would be. We thought a resort would at least be better than a regular air bnb, especially for our mini-moon. 4. (Most important concern for us) Staff members at the front demonstrated poor hospitality overall in our opinion. Would HIGHLY give the suggestion for management and staff to undergo implicit bias and cultural diversity training. We write this in the hopes that other guests who that exhibit cultural diversity have a better understanding of what they are signing up for. We unfortunately would not recommend this establishment to anyone.

Best kept NEW secret hideout in the Greater Palm Springs area! Booked a 1 bedroom bungalo suite (6101) only 10 steps from the pool. It was wonderful having a living room with half kitchenette. (Apartment size fridge/freezer, sink and Keurig.) Recommend bringing a roll of paper towels or lysol wipes haha. Felt obsessed to clean because the rooms are SO well appointed. There is a bistro table that worked brilliantly for a notary visit to sign loan docs! Strong wifi, suitable for business travelers. Loved having a sliding glass door! The beds are top shelf, I stayed 5 nights for business, and I slept like a baby. 50 in wall mounted Samsung TV (in the bedroom),, with cable channels and streaming! Samsung, powerful mini split AC, worked great. Loved the book shelf with hard cover, James Patterson mystery novels! I haven't touched a real book in WAY too long. Huge bathroom with walk-in, accessible shower. Light, bright, mood-lifting mid century gem, crossed with Spanish food and beverages. A wine list from Spain, and yummy tapas at the pool bar! Cabanas for relaxing, misters to stay comfy at the bar. The staff was attentive, helpful and friendly.. can't wait to return! Located in N. Cathedral City, blocks (bike ride) from downtown, and right on the cusp of south Palm Springs. Rates are low, I believe they're building their reviews. Hurry.. before the cat's outta the bag and rates jump to market!!! Can't wait to return!!

Wonderful weekend stay! We originally booked a different hotel for our quick weekend getaway. After deliberating about various places, I decided to roll the dice on The Paloma. We arrived late in the evenong and couldn't see the surroundings. We discovered the next day that the hotel is located in a mix of residential and retail area (Target, Trader Joe's, Boomers mini golf, Vons/Safeway, etc.). We were greeted by John in their nicely decorated office. John was friendly and offered us suggestions on where we could grab a bite to eat since it was late. He also walked us to our room. Much to my relief, it was a fantastic room. It was so large that it was more like an apartment. The 2nd floor room had a front porch and back balcony off the bedroom. The decor is fun and bright and the apartment size refrigerator was a nice touch. We didn't get to spend much time at the pool or bar but they were both inviting and there was always great music playing. We ordered dinner in and ate on the front porch the second night. By the looks of it, the onsight restaurant Sol y Sombra (Spanish cuisine) was busy/ popular. We will check it out next time. Other amenities include a decent sized gym, pool house room, and a small clubhouse with catering counter. The later would be a perfect space for birthday parties, family reunions, etc. Overall, we were happy with our stay at The Paloma and will definitely return the next time we're in PS.

Positives: Friendly and helpful employees (John and Robert were fantastic) Clean rooms and common areas (the housekeeping team and grounds keepers are doing great work and they are friendly too!) Decor- fun and vibrant Location- quiet, convenient access to shopping within walking distance and PS w/out the ruckus Massages and spa treatments are available Parking- a breeze Overall vibe- relaxing, chill, fun; not for the all out party crowd

Opportunities: A microwave would be a nice addition to the kitchenette

Bike rentals would be nice

The beds are a little creaky and the walls are thin. Not sure there is much you can do. Maybe change location of beds in neighboring rooms?

Provide more upfront details on how to rent/reserve the pool room and clubhouse. They are beautiful and provide guests with a great opportunity to entertain...

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Paloma Resort in Palm Springs, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. This resort truly deserves a solid 5-star rating for its exceptional service, stunning accommodations, and overall ambiance.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the staff. Their hospitality is unmatched, and they went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of perfect.

The resort's grounds are beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained, creating a serene oasis in the heart of Palm Springs. The palm trees, lush gardens, and sparkling pool areas are a sight to behold, and I found myself constantly in awe of the natural beauty that surrounds this property.

My room was an absolute dream. It was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The attention to detail in the room's design was evident, and the comfortable bed made for a perfect night's sleep. The private balcony provided breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and the resort's grounds, which was a great way to start and end each day.

The resort's dining options were fantastic. I indulged in some of the most delicious cuisine at their on-site restaurant, and the variety of dishes and flavours offered made every meal a memorable experience. The cocktails at the bar were top-notch, and the service was impeccable.

For relaxation and recreation, the Paloma Resort offers a range of activities, including a beautiful spa, fitness center, and various pool areas. I spent hours by the pool, soaking up the sun, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

What truly sets the Paloma Resort apart is the attention to detail and the genuine care that the staff provides to guests. They are always ready to assist with a smile and ensure that your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

In conclusion, the Paloma Resort in Palm Springs is a hidden gem. It's a haven of tranquility and luxury in the desert, with exceptional service, beautiful accommodations, and a fantastic dining experience. If you're looking for a top-notch getaway in Palm Springs, I wholeheartedly recommend the Paloma Resort. It's a 5-star experience from start to finish, and I can't...

Woof. Good stuff first: The waitstaff, bartenders, and manager that worked our friends’ event were great!! Kind, l attentive, and fun! Tbh, I would go back because I appreciated the size of the resort, the food, and the drinks. The pool area was lovely as well. However, for the cost, we expected better service from the front desk and not broken items in our rooms.

Most of the people we worked with were great, but the few who weren’t really messed with our visit. Our room wasn’t stocked with enough towels for everyone and had no sheets/pillows for the pull out couch and when we texted the front desk for the items, as requested at check in, we got no response. Then weren’t greeted with kindness or very good service when we went to the lobby for assistance, especially sucked because we were being very understanding and nice to them. Our room’s second couch was also missing a leg? It looked to be purchased for the aesthetic rather than comfort but it still would have been nice to not dramatically rock every time we sat down 😂 That wasn’t the only thing about the room that made it feel as though they were going for looks over function. No side tables next to the bed, but the tiniest desk known to man? The things they did have were incredibly cute though and would have been great for social media pics…if that’s the reason we were there? Idk. The filtered water bottle filler also had the red “bad filter/ready to change filter” light on the entire weekend even though we let the staff know multiple times and they said they’d have maintenance change it. Which rlly sucked because we were trying to stay hydrated with the whole being in the...
