GameStop — Attraction in Cedar Hill

Cannot honestly recommend this location. The staff was “eccentric,” and not in a positive way. They felt dismissive and rude. One staff member audibly groaning while waiting for another customer. Also, they claimed they cannot give cash for games at this location??? That’s incredible and will highly affect their future business. When asked why, the assistant manager claimed it was due to their till being off at the end of the night? That would be due to negligence on their behalf on counting, not because people want to sell to you.. After being overridden by another staff member, the assistant store manager seemed to be struggling and going into a small panic. It was bizarre. Want To say This Gamestop will always be my favorite. I want to Personally thank Kim and Bryon for what they did. In short, there was a limited edition Ps4 Pro and this was announced a little late (Sony...) I didn't hear about it untill it was too late... Anyways, I pleaded with them asking them when they would get another one, Since they said they was probably not going to get another one, I said i would be for extra shipping and handling if i had to i was very serious about this lol.

A Couple Days later, Kim and Bryon came through they was able to get another system (Brand New) i was able to buy the system thanks to them. I'm really grateful for them now i have this beautiful system to add to my collection, thanks again for the splendid...

Felt like as soon I walked in the store didn’t feel welcoming man at the desk staring you down. I did not get welcomed or helped with anything. Had a question about Pokemon destined rivals at the register upon checking out and asked if she know anything about the pre release and Gabrielle said nope. Then I said anything at all how they’re setting up tomorrow release and said “no I’m not working tomorrow I can’t tell you much.” But there’s other employees that are in there she could’ve asked but those same ones didn’t welcome you to the store just staring you down.
