I came in 30 minutes before closing time desperately needing some support for my 2 month postpartum tata's. A wonderful lady by the name of Robin greeted me in the lingerie section and asked if I needed any help. I told her of how I had not a clue as to what my bust size was and I needed to find out and find a Balchonette, as it was what I had before pregnancy and it was the best bra, EVER. She measured me and pulled out the perfect kind to try on. It fit like a glove. I hadn't had that sort of boobie support in, quite along while. I asked her if there were any pretty lace type, and she showed me the exact one I had before! I love that damn thing! And so I of course purchased it full of excitement, but was kinda worried about the price. I didn't remember it being so much, 3 years ago. Well, she pulled some magic out of her butt and had me apply for their credit card, and I immediately got $20 off!! I LOVE this store, and I appreciate Robin for helping me out with my bra duh-ness and getting a good deal! I will be back for...
Read moreThe ladies that worked with me were rude and wouldnât take the return even though I had confirmed it online. The bra broke on the THIRD wear and they wouldnât take it back because it was broken and worn. Of course it was worn, it broke while I was wearing it. What is a return policy for if not to return defective merchandise? Why is the consumer on the hook if a bra is defective? The store manager herself (wish I got her name) said she could tell by looking at me that the bra was too small for me and that she would not have put me in that bra. Did she just call me fat at a store for fat women? Your employee literally measured me before I bought the bra. Left the store in tears. Will not be shopping here again.
If you need to do an exchange or return, just talk through the online chat and theyâll handle everything like professionals. Iâll be getting a check in the mail for the DEFECTIVE bra, and hopefully the manager will learn to treat her customers...
Read moreI can not believe this store has poor customer service! My friend and I were looking to do a little retail therapy in Lane Bryant, Cedar Hill. I get it, sometimes when you enter the store an associate may be busy, or just didn't hear the chime when the door opens, so I don't really hold that against them. BUT when you have been in the store for nearly 10 minutes and no one greets you, ask if they could help you, or even can I start a dressing room for you is rude! Mind you, we were the ONLY customers in the store! There was as associate in the back, looks like she was putting up inventory and then another employee walked in for her shift. Needless to say the sales associate never left from behind the counter to assist us with anything. So we kindly put everything back and left the store. I really hope this employee is not a reflection of Lane Bryant and the way they treat all customers. I WILL NOT visit this store...
