The Shops at Whitestone — Attraction in Cedar Park

Normally my experience with sports clips is amazing but this was my first visit up in Cedar Park. Honestly, I felt brushed off. App said 7 min wait, sign in on line and when we get there it's 19 mins wait. Son i assume in driving a mile (less than 5 mins), we lost our place in line. I let them know we need to add my son as well and they said that is fine and we can correctit later. Then 3 staff members finish while we were waiting but I don't see them preparing for the next customer (my son and i). Confused to see is why the last stylist to finish cutting hair was the first to call us over? Next issue I had was when we walked over they asked again who was this for. I explained again my son can go first but we both are here for haircuts. She said one of us was not on the list and would have a 40 min wait. i mentioned that when I arrived we needed to add my son, but they said they misunderstood my ask and now one of us would need to be added at the bottom of the queue that was a minimum wait of 40 mins. Yeah, I said no and we went somewhere else. Other locations were more greeting and seemed to have token care of the customer better in those situations. I might return to one of the....

Nice place to find something special for the family. Wounderful staff that a friendly and know the stuff for Thier clientele for their customers. Keep up the friendly experience.
