I go here every week- I know its a "reject" store when you get the items. I've bought tons- that's not an issue. Today I was there and watched an exchange with 2 employees and a young lady with her kid. The "man" was an absolute a$$ to this lady. She had her kid in there in the stroller. Well, apparently strollers aren't allowed. He was just horrible with this lady and rudely informed her by yelling and snidely telling her to get out. He then proceeded to call the cops on her- EVEN THOUGH SHE WAS LEAVING. I was able to watch the whole exchange and he obviously entered her personal space trying to get her out. The poor girl didn't get rude or anything until he proceeded to yell throughout the store that she had to go- only trying to let everyone else know he was the "man." She then went off and started screaming. If that man would have done what he did to her to me and got in my face like that I would have quickly introduced his body to the ground. This exchange literally turned my opinion completely turned me off with this store. The lady in the front came in during the exchange and repetitively yelled at the girl that WAS leaving telling her to leave. This is way out of line. I don't care what the customer does it is the employee's job to keep calm and professional- not to be a total jerk and try to intimidate a young woman that didn't even know that she couldn't have a stroller in there. Something needs changed with personnel training or their rules changing. All of this yelling and attempted intimidation over a young lady with a stroller...shame. So....
Read moreHaving good items to sell will not make good business by itself. The tall with straight blond hair cashier or a worker does not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender, age, national origin or anything else that makes someone look different does not treated with dignity and respect. This is a matter that is part of our freedom and our constitution that no one will compromise. I myself and others have been treated in a disrespectful way because of our religious background. And when I tried to explain to the lady Virginia there nicely and in a very polite manners what kind of disrespect we have been treated from this worker, she threatened me that she will call the POLICE because I argue with her. Honorable and respectful customers are getting treated at this place like school kids that will visit with the principle to be disciplined,or even like shoplifting People. I go to this store to buy and donate items for the unfortunate families in our community. I and all who are and were not been treated with respect, deserve a big apology from you guys as owners or simply stay out of business if you don't want to take respect the basics of human rights in this...
Read moreVery terrible customer service since they moved to the mall. Workers Linda and Jerry were extremely rude, racist and/or homophobic. I was followed around as if they were Concerned I was going to steal and then was accused of stealing and when I stuck up for myself I was yelled at by the older lady named jerry and I only know her name from calling after the fact because when I asked her what her name was she told me she didn't have one. When I attempted to call and make a complaint I was told not to ever come back that me and my partner were banned and if I tried to come back they would call the police. I understand racist/homophobic are huge accusations to make but I just cannot think of any other reason why I could walk into a store do nothing wrong and get followed the whole time then miss treated and when I try and make a complaint I get told I can never return. This whole interaction was so confusing because I have been there so many times before and they are typically super helpful and kind. Super disappointing and shame on them! I would not recommend going here unless you support racist and...
