Finally we got us a Five Guys, & they ain't not no suckas! 2nd day being open, busy AF, & my food was fast, consistent, & delicious! Easily jumps to the top 3 burgers in town. The prices may scare some folk, but that's the price for awesome nowadays. To save some money (& room in your belly) I recommend ordering Littles, as the regular burgers come with two beef patties & the fries are more than enough. And buy a shake. Holy Moses dem some good dairy products up in thur. I will mos def brave the lines for another go at this place soon! Edit 3/6/17- after hearing & reading other reviews, you either love it or hate it. I went again today for lunch, & my opinion has not changed. The food is FRESH, & you're paying for it. The burgers are as good as you make 'em, since you choose the toppings, of which there's plenty. The fries lack the crisp of any other fast food fries, but that's what you get when they're cut & tossed into a fryer on-site. Again, fresh is the keyword here. They could dial back the seasoning a bit, but when you are as busy as they are, you can't get mad about that. Everyone working there is busting their butt to make wait times a short as possible: I was in & out of there in under 10 minutes during lunch. I wish nothing but success to these folks.
TL;DR.... FRESH FOOD. Great, classic burgers. Delicious fries &...
Read moreI've been to numerous Five Guys across the nation and have received excellent service and food. Unfortunately the management at this CR location is absolutely terrible and I will not be back. Our food was rung up correctly at the register but we were given a completely wrong order and didn't know until we made the 25 minute trek home. We drove back, asked for a refund and the correct order for free - we were given a cash refund without apology and we stood there for 5 minutes until I realized that they weren't remaking our food. I've worked in food service before and I have never hesitated to give the customer a refund and a new meal on the house if something wasn't right. I had to alert the manager again about our frustration and how we still wanted our food even though he gave us a refund. He rolled his eyes and proceeded to tap the order screen. He was intentionally rude to us and his staff. We waited another 10 minutes, got our order... but they forgot the fries - waited another 5 minutes and finally got our order. We had to check the bag and what do you know? They still forgot bacon on the BACON cheeseburger. Ended up just going home with yet another wrong order. Food was fine, over crowding in the restaurant was annoying, and the management...
Read moreMy husband ordered a burger this morning the order included tomato and lettuce. When the burger arrived there was no tomato or lettuce to be had. My husband then got up and went to the counter to ask for said condiments and was promptly advised that if he “wanted lettuce and tomato he should have ordered it.” To which my husband fetched the receipt and showed said burger chef that in fact, the lettuce and tomato order had been recorded neatly on the order paper, (mind you this particular concoctor of burger delights took our order in the first place), to which my husband received a blank stare as if we had asked him to plot the points for the Einstein Rosenbridge wormhole. This particular location has been very slow and sporadically inept with timing but dang the burgers are awesome. However rudeness is a bridge too far and I am afraid that the frustration of rude with slow and inaccurate will just push me to make awesome burgers at home as we will be keepig our 27.00 and just buy good burger. It’s a thing I know how to do and I am much less rude and for a...
