Palette Collective — Attraction in Chandler

I have been renting a room in Pallette for almost 4 years. I started in a small room in the back and now have 3 rooms in the front. From the time when it was owned by a local friend to now, there have been changes as expected with any large business that goes through changes, they have always been collaborative with me and my goals for my business including letting me reserve the space so we that my friend and I can add a Boba & Coffee shop after the previous coffeeshop was sold and closed. As opposed to turning into another room that the current tenants would not be able to enjoy. They have been great to me amd my business.

A bright side of being a tenant has been the handyman, Mr. Do it All, Miles. He has always been helpful to us and addressing many things promptly making it a better place for us to be. Mimi, has a hard job hearing things from all different angles from different people w different personalities so it is hard to please all of us powerful and boisterous business owners :-).
