I have been Beth Elder's client for more than twenty years, and have taken both private reformer and group mat Pilates classes with her, as well as Chi Walking.
Weekly classes with Beth through Attune Fitness, LLC are the foundation of my fitness program. Although no two Pilates classes are alike, I can be sure that Beth will provide thorough conditioning, as well as standing balance work, in every rigorous session. Because Beth focuses on good form and offers specific cues for all exercises, I always feel challenged, yet safe, in her classes. Beth encourages students to "listen to their bodies," and is happy to provide modifications to exercises so that everyone gets the workout that they need.
