This Mall is packed with a great balance of Shops, Kiosks (Mainstream & Independent Businesses), "Master Cuts Hair Salon", A few Mobile Phone Dealers/Kiosks. Including "Sprint" & "T-Mobile. There was a sale on silver and other types of jewelry, so I went to the fine jewelry counter and politely asked the clerk if she would please check the prices on the pieces of jewelry I had. She did not respond to my request with a yes or no, but said, "You can check it on the app. The prices can be checked on the app, you know, but I can check it." I was stunned by the lack of professionalism and collected the items and walked away without the prices being checked. The clerk's tone and demeanor gave the impression that I was bothering her for asking to check the prices of the items. She assumed I had a cell phone on which to download the app, but she never asked. Being kind to a customer should be the norm. In this case, it was not. Fortunately, I went to the ladies' dresses dept. and asked the clerk if she didn't mind checking the prices for me, and she said with a great smile, "Certainly." I thanked her for willingly doing so to which she responded, "I'm here to help you." At the conclusion of the transaction, I explained to her what had happened in the jewelry section earlier, and she apologized. What a contrast in service within the same store! I am always appreciative of clerks/associates who go above and beyond for their customers and exude empathy...

This place has really changed and went downhill. I actually went there for a medical appointment! The doctor’s office is in the MALL now! The gps takes you to the location but you can’t get in the doors that has the address clearly marked on it. It is only for employees! There are also no directions telling you how to get in. By the time I found my way in, I was hot and exhausted. I even had the mall security walk me back around and outside. Unbelievable! They have to do better. You have sick people coming to appointments and can’t get in…but have to walk marathons to find the entrance. Once you find your way in, everyone is polite and courteous to you. This is after you wait to be acknowledged. You see they have this small sign that says to step forward to the light. There are poles with lights between each counter that lights up green when available. Most people are just standing there because they don’t see the little sign. The employees don’t call them forth either. They’re just chatting up with each other. The place is immaculate. However you got to figure out some football field directions to a kiosk where you’re supposed to check in AGAIN. Good grief Charlie Brown! All this to see...
