Crossroads Centre — Attraction in Charleston

This is a methadone clinic that is located by Northwoods Mall in North Charleston. Friendly people and it's one of two methadone clinics that are located in the greater Charleston area. These places are getting packed because people are turning the heroin now that doctors can't write pain medicine. Plus there's a lot of people moving down from the north and places like Ohio and Philadelphia and New York where opiates and heroin can be bought for dirt cheap and when you come to Charleston there's not an abundance of heroin.... I believe??? Not for me but It is a great way to get off of opiates and stay clean. Anything is better than going bankrupt and killing yourself slowly from using drugs. These places aren't cheap but if you pay by the month you'll get a discount. I think it's around $300 a month for here and the other place called Charleston Center. These are the only two methadone / Suboxone clinics around. Some people travel 45 minutes from the upstate...

My main reason for visiting this place is Total Wine. They kinda have a separate parking lot and it can get full on weekends. Amazing selection of beer, wine, and liquor. I love that they have mini bottles for liquor and single bottles for beer if you just want to try something. They have a growler station and wine tastings too. Very helpful staff who know their stuff. Lots of snacks too. The other part of the shopping center crams a Papa John's, a Mexican restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, a bar, Firehouse subs, and a few other businesses in a parking lot that often isn't...

I do business with multiple businesses in this center. Plenty of parking. Every business I deal with, the staff are very friendly, and they seem to remember me.
