Horrible place- do NOT waste your time coming here. Overpriced. Rude salespeople- who claim to be directly under main manager. They are telling me that a TV stand is not furniture. And I’m supposed to believe them. Why? Because they are having 25% off furniture sale today. They don’t want to honor their 25% discount on this item. Happening right now. Go elsewhere.

You gotta love the Restore. Wide variety of home goods, building supplies, books,... just a little of everything, all used or overstock. Prices are thrift store. Lots of unique items for the creative DIYer or repurposer. Occasionally you can find real treasures for pennies on the dollar. Almost every trip to Charleston finds my wife and I swinging by here.

Very organized and tidy. Not much selection in some areas as there are in others; They are in need of quality furniture donations. All in all its still worth a look around the huge space for a gem in the rough. Plenty of light fixtures, kitchen cabinets and bathroom fixtures as well as doors and windows.

Do Not Go Here!!! They threw me out because I had to get the things I bought without any help. I bought a Huge Computer Desk and they said they would put in in the Sold Corrall but they lied. It never left the floor and they refused to help me, saying I would have to wait awhile. It was 9Am, how would I have to wait til about 10 is ridiculous. I paid just as well as other people and I'm required to bring my own help. So I grabbed a cart and I moved their furniture out of the way and I guess they got mad about that, and said I'm not aloud to use the front door. I bought it, I got a receipt for it and you lied by saying it would be in the Sold Corrall and lied that I would have help so why can't I hurt my back and take it out the front door. I then told people to not shop there because they lie and won't give you help. They then called the cops on me because I was too loud for their store and for trying to steer people away. I loaded a 300lb desk into the back of my truck with no help, I think I had the right to be mad. I even thanked them for the help. That's when they appeared to come at me like they were gonna remove me from the store. I wish they would have put their hands on me but they didn't. They told me I'm not aloud to come back but why would I even want to when they treated me so unfairly. I will not let my family come here. If I hear of a family member coming there I will intervein and not allow them...

I am very upset with my visit today!! I've been buying things from there for many years, but today will be my last. I understand about the COVID 19 and keeping social distances but you have went overboard with it. I had to park in the back row, I went in the back door like I always have, but today I wore a mask. I got inside to see all the changes that were made like removing the shopping carts, blocking the aisle' s with shelving to make it difficult to maneuver around your store. Then, when I go back to the door I came in like I always have, I was told by young boy in a security outfit that management wants you to use the other door. I said what other door? He pointed have way cross the store which wasn't to bad, but, I had to walk all the way to the other end of the store to get around the barricades to go out a side door in which now I'm having to walk around the building down the street and across the parking lot to get to my vehicle. That probably wouldn't be so bad if I could only walk without being in a tremendous amount of pain not to mention being out of breath with the mask on. It's just my opinion, but if you want customers, then make it more convenient and show them you want...

Staff are pleasant, but the prices should be examined closely. I've been here a few times in the past 2 years, and I've seen used cabinets priced HIGHER than the same exact cabinet at Home Depot. I was there a couple days ago and saw some old moving blankets that had been seriously abused (like a lot of their furniture), and they were priced at $5 each. I can buy BRAND NEW moving blankets at Harbor Frieght for $5.99, so why pay $5 for some kinky stuff with holes and stains??? Most of the light fixtures don't have ferules with them, and you can usually buy entire fixtures online for about the same price. Not sure who prices stuff here, but they need to be relocated. They have about 100+ filing cabinets that are overpriced and well used, taking up valuable floor space - - drop the price to 5 or 10 bucks and move em off the floor to create room for more/different/better merchandise. The stuffs not yours, it's donated for charitable reasons. Sell it and turn the stock around quicker. Place is looking like a low rent...
