Reeds Jewelry is the Only Jeweler i will ever go to again. Well... I will absolutely always go there first for any Jewelry need I ever have. The service is beyond anything I could have ever hoped for. The products available are beautiful and of excellent quality, but for me the service is what has made me a customer for life. Tyler Hannigan was unbelievably helpful in every aspect you could possibly imagine. I bought a $2,500 Diamond engagement ring from a different person. We needed to have the ring resized and try and find out if the previous warranty on the ring was still any good because it was purchased from a different store whose mall location had closed. There was no question or iffy problems from Reeds or any employee of Reeds, even though I didn't buy it from them. We were treated as if we were the most important customer they had, even though we weren't even there customers. (At that time anyway.) My Fiancé and I were quickly helped, given all the information we could possibly need, and had every single option we had available to us easily and very understandably laid out before us; We had those options gone over for as long as we needed, and never EVER got the slightest feeling that we were thought of as anything but the utmost of importance to them. They took care of getting my ring appraised, resized, and put under an absolutely amazing warranty that was 10 times what the original warranty was! It was very, VERY reasonable. It includes free cleaning at anytime, with no MUST fallow schedule. Free sizing anytime, and most important...Gem replacement if the diamond is ever lost out of its setting; among other things! The young lady named Nikki was was an incredible help and as nice as could be, and... well I can't remember the other people who were so nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Just think to yourself that if, "I go there", anyone I speak to will be incredible! They are going to treat you like you truly matter and go about business in a way that shows they believe that if they do everything they can to help you and treat you as if you are their most important customer, then they WILL gain you as a lifelong customer. That is a way of doing business that will win me every time i find it, because it is so freaking rare! My Name is Joseph Anthony Ferris and I am now a Reeds Jewelers customer for life. Read moreMy Fiance went there to buy me a ring which when he gave it to me, it had a big black dot in the middle stone which was very noticeable, I then called and a women in which I could not understand her accent answered the phone so I asked for a American so I could understand the person I was talking too. I was then transferred to a man in which I inquired about exchanging my ring for a different one without a big noticable black dot(Coal/Carbon spot) and he said well that's normal and I then proceeded to tell him that having one that big in a ring was not normal in which he went on to say it was and I asked to speak to the manager. The manager went to explain the same thing and I said well not this big and I would like one without a black spot that's easily noticable and that every diamond ring I have looked at does not have one that noticable and I have the right to have the same kind of ring as those on show. The manager then says I can come in for an exchange. Well my Fiance explained that I probably should not have used the term american when asking for someone I could understand and instead said better english so when I went in to exchange my ring I went to appologize for using the term American as it might have been found offensive. WELLL apparently it was because as a soon as I said btw when I called I said the word american and I kind of got reamed out for it( I was of course exaggerating) and WOW did I get something I did not expect which was the guy snapped at me and said YES and you offended our whole team and I just looked dumb founded at him for a second at how rude he was and then, ( untill this point I had always been respectful) I proceeded to tell him I have the right to ask for someone I can understand and he says you can go now. I'm befounded and turn to my mother which is also there with me who agrees I was respectful when I asked for someone I could understand and ask her to confirm that I was respectful (She was there when I called about the ring) and she tells them I was respectful. So I know I'm not crazy and my fiance also agreed I was respectful except using the wrong words. HOWEVER everyone in my party with me, My Finace, Mother and myself all agree he was rude with me. I talked with James and asked him to return the ring because I do not want my engagement ring to be from an establishment that allows employees to be rude to customers. Read moreI loved this place! Everyone here was so amazing! I bought a ring from here and thought I was in love with it, after receiving it I changed my mind and wanted to return it and buy a ring from another store. I was afraid when I came back in to return it that they would be angry with me or upset because I took up so much of their time trying on different rings and picking one out. To my surprise they were actually very understanding. They assured me that it was fine and they just wanted me to be happy with the ring no matter where I bought it from. They also told me even if I bought it somewhere else I could bring it into their store and purchase a warranty on it through them even though I didn't buy it there. The warranty that reeds offers is much better than anywhere else so I was definitely interested in this. A lady named Cara worked with me throughout this entire process and she was so so sooooooooooo great! I would recommend her to anyone! She was very personable and made me feel right at home. Also another man named Todd, who I spoke with several times, was also very understanding and easy to work with. I normally don't do reviews on places but I was so impressed with this store I had to do something because I want everyone to know that these are the people who you want working for you!
