6/27/24 - The staff throw away any play point bands or curly bracelets they find. They are $3 and $6 each and $1 for the card alone. Last night we were there until closing and there was a pile of them at the prize counter where the staff forgets to give them back. They take the cards off and throw them away, band, bracelet, card and all. Why don't you have a lost and found? These things are expensive especially if you have a large family. We lost 3 in one night ($12) because they don't give them back at the prize counter and then throw them away. The next time we came back they told us yes we threw then away but they don't offer to replace them. We managed to hold on to them all summer until this week. THEN we have a big group so we had 2 tables. An employee was cleaning off tables and threw away 1 of our souvenir cups right after we arrived. Same employee took the pizza pan from under our pizza and put the pizza in a used cookie pan so he could have the plastic pan back. I do not like this boy messing with our food.
5/1/2024 There's new rides/games. There is a new summer pass starting around $50. We got the gold pass for $126(regular price $140) and it comes with 250 points(1 game=1 point. The points can be split into 6 cards. Points are refreshed daily and tickets rollover. The gold pass comes with a 50% discount on food. The employees are great. Management runs the store well! Bathrooms are pristine. The pizza is very good but definitely on the pricey side. One XL pepperoni is $24.
What is the phone number to talk to someone in the store? The number listed is only automated for reservations. I want to take my kids today but I don't know if you have power after the storm because other business in the area don't. I'm 25 minutes away and not going to waste my time if you're possibly closed.
7/1/2021 Great management. Great pizza. The Chuck E Cheese character that walks around is back and the Salad bar is back. Games are kept up and running. Clean bathrooms. I'm really impressed. We haven't had a bad day yet.
We have been going weekly using the summer pass....
Read moreI probably wouldn't even give them a one star if it wasn't for having to select a rating. We had our daughters birthday party here scheduled it all ahead chose the most expensive one. Was told to come 15-20 minutes early, tables weren't ready or even set up our party started at 5:30 didn't stop there. Was having the employees come over asking when we wanted to do the birthday celebration dance etc and we told them when, party went on a bit longer she comes back says she'll be over in 30 minutes to round everyone up so I do, nobody comes over so I have to go over again see what's going on and I'm told they'll be over soon right around 7:15 or so when everyone's getting ready to leave, our pizza we ordered was burnt, and hard. They didn't even do the ticket booth where the kids catch the tickets. Didn't get to do half of the stuff we bought with our package, most of the games were also down and not working. Don't waste your time having birthday party here. When I was talking to a manager I was told to come back for my refund the next day because who checked us out had ended her shift to come at 11 today, the manager on duty was busy eating then finally comes over and says she's unable to give a refund due to how we paid and to call corporate so I will be doing such, and emailing them as well until I am refunded for this mess. My kids couldn't even finish swimming at our hotel and we had to leave after due to check out because I wanted to go at the time they said to come...

It’s Ran by kids under 19 with little to no experience and poor attitudes. Basically had to beg the kids to explain how everything worked (card & play time wise, where to order/wait for food.. etc) Small personal pizza is about $13 ($2 extra for pepperoni) and comes out almost burnt and too stiff… Literally like cardboard. My kids could barely even eat it but they were starving. I took a bite and it tore up my gums with how stiff and crispy it was.
Games were nothing special and quite the opposite. On top of that, they make it impossible to rack up points. 2-4 maybe 8 or 10 points here and there. To make things worse.. the prizes aren’t any better than items you’d find in a grocery store claw machine. There’s a small jump area where mine and other kids were playing.. I was approached by a very young lady and politely asked I removed my toddlers and go to the front for wrists bands and appropriate socks. She was nice about it but (there were 2 other little kids without those things,.. maybe they were part of a party or something? Idk) I go to the front for the socks and bands… TWELVE dollars per kid. I’m good. I took them to Skyzone at that point.
I hate being that guy because I’m all about supporting local businesses,, but save your hard...
