Services This is the only spa that I will ever go to in Charleston! Their detox facial with LED light therapy is always a go to. But regardless of the type of facial, the facials are all tailored for relaxation and nourishing the skin! Dani is my go-to esthetician. She cares about the skin and truly wants to help you positively improve your skin (but don’t get me wrong, all the estheticians are highly trained and are great). Additionally, their massage menu is fantastic! Diana is a great massage therapist. She is extremely knowledgeable, and passionate about her career! She cares about how you are feeling and ensures the massage is tailored to any muscle aches or injury issues.

Environment Spa Azure, as soon as walking in, is automatically relaxing! It is a beautifully created spa where luxury meets relaxation. Everyone at spa azure makes you feel welcomed. The more you go, the more you feel like family. They are beyond helpful in picking/deciding on products to best suit your needs whether it be the face, neck, hands, or eyes.

My sweet MIL gifted me a very generous gift certificate to this amazing spa. The new Jasper building is beautiful with a coffee shop and bakery right next door to the spa. * note for parking in the garage just get code and when you get outside the garage within cell service, pay for parking.

When I arrived, the receptionist was super sweet and very friendly and offered water and the layout of the facilities. The “relaxation room” was basically just off the lobby but it really was very comfortable and I got to learn about the products my esthetician would be using during my facial through various marketing materials.

The reason I am here is for Biologique Recharger! The 40-year-old product line people/celebrities have been raving about for years. Only very select facilities in the world offer these products and training to provide these products is very extensive- I was not disappointed!

Brooke was my esthetician and she was amazing! She explained all the products she used on me, all the benefits of the products, and her personal experience as an active user- her skin was flawless! She did an algae mask, moisturizing arm/ décolletage massage/micro current session, red/blue light healing session- all custom to my skin.

I cannot recommend a better spa experience and Brooke! Go...

Recently got my eyebrows tweezed at this location. I left with a few spots on my upper lid bleeding…this was IMO due to my technician tweezing too quickly and aggressively. The service was very painful, I get my brows tweezed often and it’s usually painless however I felt this technician was not pulling in the correct direction of the hair which led to more pain…my brows also felt as though they were being over tweezed during my appointment.

I also felt it was weird that I was asked if I wanted waxing, when I clearly booked an appointment for tweezing. Not worth the $35 for an eyebrow tweeze IMO.

Update to the response from the business: I would have loved to share this feedback as well at the time of my visit….do you suggest I share it with the employee who maimed my eyebrows? Perhaps when she mentioned she “pin pricked” me but didn’t seem to care and felt perfectly fine sending me out with blood on my eyebrow? Or would it be better to share it with the receptionist that was no where to be seen for nearly 5 minutes after my appointment, making me wait to check out? I to would have liked to experience one of your “5 star” experiences, unfortunately you...
