Sunglass Hut — Attraction in Charleston

Very poor quality or store sold us a used pair. I discovered that the brand embossing on face of the glasses is missing.. last two letters are gone.. is this is the quality sunglasses hut sells? I doubt this pair was new. I would definitely take this matter to Luxotica italy, since they have manufactured this. Quality of product is really bad, and quality check before selling things to customer on behalf of sunglasses but it also very bad. Also sunglasses hut tries to sell you on display glasses which no one should accept even offered at 50% less. They claimed in the store that they gave me a new pair which appeared they did when they took it out of closet. But god knows it’s used or not since it was just lying without a packet in the closet… I would think twice before doing business with this store. Local opticians are way better and...

Wow! We were so impressed with the incredible customer service at this store. My husband stopped in when we realized our car was missing from its parking spot nearby and Lainey, the manager, explained it was an unusual no parking construction zone and went out of her way to call and help us find where it had been towed. She then offered that my two small children and I could wait in the store while the whole situation got sorted out—which took awhile. I was blown away by her graciousness and kindness to a total stranger during our time of need. This is a very well run store with a beautiful selection...

Our questions were answered, and their input about style and functionality of Ray-Ban Smart Glasses was very helpful!
