They do have a lot of choices as far as colors. Although, I hated the wait! I had an appointment at 9 am. There was a line out the door waiting for them to open:/ They tried to seat me at the other end from my friend I was meeting... NO ONE WANTS TO BE SEPERATED, THATS WHY WE CAME TOGETHER. And the establishment is huge, we would have never been able to talk. Once the girl was done beside me I asked them to move my friend closer... They acted so annoyed about doing it but they did it. The lady who did my nails was much older than me and really did not understand what I wanted done. My friend finished before I even started. So she had to sit and wait on me to finish. They soaked my nails forEVER! It was ridiculous, my skin was like cracking by the end of it and becoming very very dried out. I asked them if I had to dob it and they said yes.... okay. Even though I have not hadd to do that anywhere else. I do not have SNS I have acrylics. Then the older lady got the wrong color and tried to argue it was correct!!! I had to physically bring her the sample board and show her the #s. I was shocked. I would ask her something small like "whats that color on the wall" she would respond 1 worded answer. Then I would be like "can I get that on mine" she would be like "NO." and keep working. It was so awkward. Business seems to be good for them, my mom loves this place. I just cannot get with it. I need someone who cares and likes their customer. I dont care about how fancy a place appears if they do not treat every customer like their only. Absolutely one of the worst services in my life. This place eats sleeps and breathes a dollar, i went in for a manicure and pedicure BASIC no gel, sns just regular polish on my nails and was there for 3 hours. First off all I wanted a design on my big toe with my French tips and before we even get started I show a picture of what I want and she tells me she can do it then after she’s done filling my toes another lady comes Because the other lady can’t do designs and we go through 4 different people before I can get what I asked for, the entire time it was terrible service and rude people it’s also insane how they immediately think they deserve a tip, a tip is based on the service you give me and how much I spend, not a 20$ tip for a 15$ manicure it's just insane anyways back to the story she tells me they can’t do the design after I asked for it and that she won’t charge me for French but I’ll be charged for a pedicure and two designs but the designs will be something they can do but yes I did end up getting a design I wanted but we had already agreed on that and never said anything else about it so when I go to pay I am charged full price, I have three people around me as I’m sitting down waiting for my toe nails to dry saying I have to pay the EXTRA 7 DOLLARS, yes 7 dollars they were screaming I got what I want I pay. I asked for the mangers number and she would not give it to me, I cannot say worse stuff about this place, please spend your money...

Your establishment is very nice and clean. My mother and I were taken fairly quickly for our appointment. My pedicure was nice but I was never offered a specialty pedicure, I was looking to upgrade but technician didn't bother to ask..so your loss. I wasn't pleased with the polishing of my manicure. The tips of many of my nails were unpainted and there was polish on my skin. When I asked the pedicure technician to take a look she blamed it on the fact that my nails were short. I have never had issue with getting my "short" nails polished. When I get a manicure I expect that my nails are fully covered by polish. The young man who initially polished my nails was very nice but his technique is lacking. She also tried to blame the lack of coverage on my nails to the color...which was ridiculous again this was a typical color that I have used in the past. I was not being rude simply explained my dissatisfaction and asked that the mistake be corrected. She did correct my nails and they looked so much better afterwards, I was happy however I must say I didn't feel welcomed at that point, she was clearly annoyed with me and grab my hands forceablly more than once as she repolished. I do appreciate my nails being corrected but I don't think I will be returning.
